This device is a complete disappointment. I have 2 and it's mesh network was not able to cover 147sqm of my appartment. The app, which can be described as "basic at best", is unable to improve the situation. I regret buying this device and can confirm the app really does not do much for user. I have asked for assistance from Razer but after 5 weeks, its clear that they cannot do anything but use stonewalling tactics. They would like to position themselves as a premium brand, but the reality is that Razer comes up short. Classic example of a lot of bla and no substance. My advice to avoid this brand.

Connection to server failed. Its been like this for a week now. Restarted my router , reinstalled app, nothing works

I would love to give this app 5 stars because I am happy with the interface overall. My main gripe is that this app refuses to allow me to set parental controls on child's wifi. I set the time for it to turn off and it just sits and grinds, and then says there's an error.

The traffic management and device list has stopped working. Router firmware and android app are both latest versions. I have tried resetting router and reinstalling the app.

App is fine.... 1 router is great but mesh is horrible. I do not recommend doing the mesh setup. 3000 square feet is just incorrect. My 2nd routet is right on the other side of the wall and it says acceptable. Only studs and sheet rock seperate the 2 rooms...Stay with 1 and save the money. CS has no clue and can not answer any question about the router.

Worked at first install and setup. The Sila router is really good, I recommend anyone getting this router! But this app sucks now because after a month this app is telling me 'Something is wrong. Your Razer Sila is offline'. I'm clearly online submitting this review! And an app reinstall didn't help either. I'm not resetting my router, you can still get to router settings thru the IP address. Razer, fix and update your app!

When it works, it's excellent. When it doesn't, like at the moment, utterly useless. Network is up and running with no issues. As of last update, no matter what I try app can't find router. Will just use web UI for now.

Initially, app worked fine and looked very good. After about a day I got "Something's wrong. Your Razer Sila is offline" and only thing Razer support can advice is to reset router. Did it once but not going to repeat this. Reason is still unknown.

App needs work. *When* it works, it's handy; when it's broken, as it is now, it's utterly worthless. My modem is up and working without issue and I can still access the setup via the web, but I shouldn't have to reset the whole thing to make this app work. Ridiculous.

Half of the features don't current work, even after a reinstall. For example, when trying to look at the device list, the app says you aren't connected to the wifi...
