The bank itself is great. It's the app that sucks. Always having trouble logging my fingerprint gets removed all the time and when I try to login with my password it doesn't recognize it. Not only that it never shows me the correct balance in my account.

Closes down for password without warning and your fingerprint access stops and you are SOL if you don't have your info handy and you are prevented from accessing. Combine this with this bank being closed over the weekend, and should you have issues or concerns or if you fear your account has been hacked, it's too bad for you! Wait till Monday. I've got to leave this bank.

You need to make it so that a user can see when they enter their password. I've had to have them reset my password 3 times in the past month because I've entered it wrong. Plus it doesn't indicate how many tries you get before you're locked out of the account. At least give a user the chance to see the password before they click go ssdi that if they made a mistake or fat fingered it in my case they can correct it and not get locked out in my case.

App requires me to reset my password everytime on the mobile app when I log into my account on the PC. A very under performing app. This has been so annoying that Im cancelling this account and moving it to Chase. I have had to go into the bank to reset my security questions twice to get the reset to work. I only use this account for my rental deposits, but there is to much hassle causing this to be more of a inconvenience.

App never loads. The splash screen just keeps flashing. The one on my iPhone works great. This one doesn't work at all. My sister tells me that it works fine on her Android phone. But on my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab a it does not work.

At first I had no issues with this app but lately I have started to. I had the finger print login turned on and now its not showing up when I login and I cannot find it under settings, there is no two- factor authentication login and my transactions are always out of order and the dates on them are incorrect sometimes.

crashes all the time, will obly accept a log in every onc ein a while before it goes to a new page and crashes again. Hate it almost as much as i hate dealing with the rude employees.

I keep getting kicked out of using my fingerprint login, and have to manually log in. Why give me that option if in 2 weeks you will have me manually log in. Very frustrating.
