Should have read the reviews before booking. International trip with a 3yo kid and lots of luggage, reserved a van weeks in advance, got a driver assigned the day before, the day of the trip it said 'driver unassigned' .. time passes and no driver assigned.. I contact them and they say 'dispatch is working on it'. Then one hour before we were supposed to be picked up they cancel the ride and tell me 'I apologize but we can't find a driver, you'll have to get to the airport by other means'.

On several occasions, the shuttle pickup (prime time shuttle being their shuttle service provider) wqs canceled an hour before the sechduled pick up. on the return pick up, i called twice within an hour to be told after an hour that they would not be picking me up, canceling the reservation. on another occasion, the deiver that dropped me off at the airoort almost got in a fifht with someone that was deopping somone off. in short, dont bother with this service and get an uber or lyft.

"STAY AWAY!" Made the reservation for a private van for 5 adults and 2 kids for 8:50pm. I became so mad that for the 1st time I used some bad words so aggressively that I had NEVER used in my life. After about 15 min I called and 15 min later (9:20) I talked to someone who said our van would arrive in about 20 min or I could cancel. I agreed to wait. No van arrived and I called again around 9:50 and 10 min later I was told that the van would actually not arrive at all. I was shocked!!!

Should have read the reviews before booking. I kept getting texts that said my reservation details were changed. Original pick up time was confirmed for 8:30am & not three minutes later was changed to 9:00am. I checked in regardless & pick up time was changed to 9:40am. Not as bad as others' wait times but I was on a time crunch. Would recommend booking with SuperShuttle or Uber/Lyft.

It is a very badly organised service, I waited almost an hour after the scheduled pick up time, finally got on the shuttle and drove out of bad traffic during rush hour (which took another half an hour), the driver got a call that he needed to pick up another 2 passengers so we had to go back to the airport to fetch them, then drop off them first since they were closer (which i understand). But when we were finally was on my way back to mine, its already 3 hour passed, the driver got another request to pick someone up at the airport, apparently the pick up and drop off wasn't accurately arranged. I arrived at the airport 6.30pm and arrived home 10.00pm. So if you have a lot of time to kill and not in a rush to go home after a flight, they are your no.1 choice.

Worst customer service ever. After waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time (myself having been early), without even a driver chosen, I messaged live support who informed me no driver is available, with the reasoning that no on-time guarantee is given, and said he could cancel my reservation and I could find my own transport. Definitely avoid this company.

Extremely poor service. made reservations for LAX to home coming back from an international visit and they did not have anyone to pick me up after waiting at the pick up point for an hour. highly unreliable service.

The service sucks. Dispatch wanted passengers already in the car to wait 90 more minutes for another passenger. They should have scheduled another ride for that passenger.

the app does not tell you where they will actually pick you up and this adds stress to your journey and delays you. I am not gonna use this service again.

Billed me 25$ for nothing. I had to take another cab towards SantaAna and now I am trying to get my initial 25$ back. No one is answering the phone, the help chat are just robots. This is closer to a scam rather than an app.
