Please don't book ticket on shrina.Worst app and worst service provided by shrinath travel agency, I am still regretting that why I baught ticket from them. The seat k got in my E-ticket was different then what they have in their chart in the bus. The experience was horrible. No one wants to solve your problem despite being their mistake, horrible bus, horrible service, horrible conductor and horrible and illiterate people everywhere in the bus and in their office and their customer care as well

Not Panctual We booked an online ticket to Udaipur and Pick Up point was Nana Chiloda at 04:00PM. There was an hour of delay but it is not conveyed prior and we waited there for 1 and half hour. SHRINATH PEOPLE SHOULD OBEY TIME IF A CUSTOMER GETS DELAYED THEY NEVER WAIT...

The worst ever experince of my travel in bus. the bus was jammed in pathway by 20 people just to earn fast cash. The sleeper allotted was stacked with 4-5 people. No stoppage at right place but stopped where he could board people. Bus delayed by almost 3-4 hours and was thinking that i paid more just to travel in a general bus. shouldn't have given a star also .

Pathetic services, joint service in the name of Srinath with other buses should be checked the service level and then give the valuable brand name, Today boarded from Ahmedabad bus of Kalpana vide reg no RJ 4007, running late more the one hour, but there is no information from service desk at CTM. The passengers should be well informed about the LIVE status of the bus. The bus situation is also not good.
