The Shopt app has some serious issues that the tab for "Take Photo" hasn't worked for a while. Very disappointed with the app. Missing out on claim rewards. Reinstall the app and that has the very same issues hence for review just one star

Rubbish con - as retailers we stock the items on offer and then the app doesn't pay us out. The email support is woeful. Some of us are owed £100s and we can't withdraw the funds after stocking their items. Shambles.

Amazing app..... But no communication at all, wanted to talk or phone or email somebody about an issue and how to resolve it.... Tried all channels and not one reply... Pity as it would get 100% top marks if so..

Doesn't work. Continuously loading (pin wheel of death). Tried on several devices and OS (android and apple). Calls to customer services are diverted and emails are bouncing back as their mailbox is full.

Does not work. Home pages loads, but information is absent. App is 'searching' but not doing anything. Awful app!

Really good! Didn't realise we had to turn location on to receive rewards but once I did that it's worked brilliantly 🙌

Finally its working After some issues with submitting claims and getting rejected I had to unistall app and reinstalled and its been working fine ever since.

Wouldn't recognise email address and asked for username despite no facility to add one so couldn't register
