App is quite good IMO and I continue to use it as I've used it for years. I might look around for alternatives though because there's no way to create your own rapid completion groups or even create your own recipes so you can quickly fill in the 17 salad items you buy EVERY week. Yes there are favourites but it's still click, click, click to add. IIRC you used to be able to create and save your own groups / recipes. Not now it seems.

I have been using Shopper for over 10 years. I decided to pay for the more advanced version and was very happy with it. It was so well but then started behaving as if I hadn't paid for the advanced version. After trying to ignore the problems, I contacted to Customer Service. They suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the app. I did that but it still didn't work. I wrote back to them and they worked on it. Literally less than 5 days later, I just tried the app and it worked - perfectly. I seriously could not have expected more reasonable, professional and prompt Customer Service. I have recommended this app to friends before and I will certainly continue to do so and now can talk about their excellent Customer Service!!! I wish all apps were this good!! Thank you to Jelena and team!!!

This is a great app for sharing shopping lists with a group. We use it quite a bit. Tried to create a custom list for Costco and had no luck. Had to add a Costco aisle to my supermarket. Maybe I just couldn't figure it out. I also want to display my entire list for all stores. I can then plan my entire shopping day. If it does that, I don't know to do that either, or it sure isn't obvious. Still a good 4 star app.

I've been using this app for many years now & I've been happy until I switched from iPhone to Google Pixel. I have no idea why my lists always duplicate. When I delete 1 duplicate & leave the app or restart my phone, the other duplicate will also disappear. It's really frustrating. anyone has a similar experience & solution? Please share.

App has gotten worse over the years. It was great a few years ago, but know it truly sucks. UPC scanning doesn't work. Searching by product name doesn't work. It doesn't sync across devices, meaning any custom items won't show up in a new device unless you add them all to a shopping list. Customer support is non-existent.

I have been using this app for 6yrs thereabouts and it's the best shopper app of all! My go to app! It syncs flawlessly from iPhone to Android. It backs up automatically constantly. It has full customization with it's categories and sub categories and aisles and recipes and much more. The UI is beautiful and clear. The developer is always constantly improving the app. This is one of those apps that is truly problem free , easy to use and a true assistant to my fussy needs. Highly recommended!!

I liked this app until the Android Pie update. It no longer can update lists, nor is it possible to create one or edit anything in them... Just to be clear, it still works great on Nougat... 4.5 stars on older versions of Android.

What happened to this app? I upgrade my phone to find out it punishes Android users by forcing you to pay an annual membership fee that iPhone users don't have to pay. Spits out errors trying to connect via Facebook. Overpriced and unusable.
