    I love Shipt. However I do think it would be beneficial to contact shoppers through the app, not with the phone number. Receiving pictures takes a long time, and its pretty common for pictures for replacements. It would be faster and easier to talk through wifi via the app.

    The app has some helpful features. It stores what you buy in a Buy Again section which is helpful if you buy the same things week after week. Love the service of Shipt! The service in our area is always great and they are easy to resolve problems with. App is not good. Our local Target produce is never listed anymore, and you can't find specific things like a chicken taco prepared meal kit that I saw in the store but can't remember what its called. The app sucks.

    The shopping service is great but the app is terrible. It frequently crashes and fails to save carts for different stores. But the worst thing is trying to use the favorites functionality to save groups (i.e., healthy meals, fruit, kid's favorites, etc.), which completely erased about 4 family lists. So much for saving time from shopping.

    Unable to clip coupons. Also, some buttons (like the one asking if your order can be delivered early or not) are very resistant to being used. You either have to tap multiple times or tap in a spot that doesnt quite line up with the button itself. Otherwise, it mostly works ok.

    Love the service but wish the app would show you your list as they shop and show a live view of the map when they're delivering like instacart does. I would love it if more stores were added too, like Aldi.

    Mom of four boys and Shipt is my last minute life line. I've had great Shoppers everytime. The $100 yearly membership is worth every cent. If you have a Target app use the same email when creating your Shipt account so your membership links. You can also add rewards from other stores in your Shipt app so purchases are counted towards points or offers. I've personally never had an app tech issue. The only down fall is the app up charges on items purchased from all merchants except Target.

    The inventory on the app is always wrong, so plan on being without many of the items you want. Prices on non-Target items is obscene. As for quality of items, highly dependent on who shops for you.

    The service is awesome, WITHOUT THE APP!! I cannot sign up as a new customer or continue as a guest because the app freezes there unless you xan log in, which I cannot.

    When signed in, it "can't find that address" even when I type it in manually, it says that address is invalid (paraphrasing). Signed out and now it won't let me sign in. I keep pressing log in and it just stays on the sign in page...

    This app is great. Every shopper I get communicates every issue every step of the way and they go right back to their car as I asked (I live non contact lately). The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because there are only about 8 stores to choose from. I would like to know if that's just how it is or if it's because SHIPT isn't as established yet in my area

    Unusable. The UPDATE (here is your question answered developers) completely destroyed this app. You can't search anything, it always freezes. I have to open and close the app 3-4 times to get it to search each item. Extremely frustrating. Calling customer service takes just as long, it's painstaking. Better off going to the store myself because between the time it takes to put together an order and wait for delivery it's a 4 hour ordeal. This app and service used to be much better.

    I just used this service over the weekend. It was my first time trying it out. The service was great! However, the next day the card that I used to purchase my Shipt passes was compromised! I'm really upset. Please make sure you are protecting your customers data! Not using this again at all! Would also like a refund for the remaining passes that I didn't use.

    I don't have a car and going to the grocery store has always been a challenge when it comes getting them home so this app has been nothing but the greatest. But my experience goes beyond the app the shoppers have been nothing less than extraordinary. When there isn't an item on my list they contact me immediately and I either cancel that item or give them another option, which some times comes in the form of a suggestion from the shoppers. I have never been let down and will continue to use it.

    Holy cow is this app is SLOW! Each time I select something, it takes several seconds to go to the next page. If I'm browsing a list of items, and go back, it goes back to the previous page, but immediately returns to the list. When I scroll to the bottom of the list, I think I'm at the end, when, several seconds later, more items appear. Why can't they all appear at once?? The website works fine, but this app is awful.

    My review seems to have vanished after a response that basically ignored what I said before. So here it is again: paid for the subscription when the app worked slightly better than it does now, and then opted for using better apps when it fell apart. Got charged for the renewal a year later, WITH ZERO NOTICE. Your app is still buggy, and the business practice is gross. Turn away, potential users. Do prime now/Instacart instead.

    The service is extremely helpful during COVID but the app has poor functionality. The search function is an absolute nightmare. You might search for "vanilla yogurt" and the top search results are NOT yogurt at all. I find the search function to be so incredibly bad that I tend to only shop for items in my past orders because searching for new items is such a hassle. Otherwise, it has a pretty decent interface that is fairly easy to navigate.

    I loved the app. I used again for the first time in a while, and when I went to check out it took me to the member screen with no way to exit or cancel just sign up for plans. Since where I moved to requires all new comers to 14 quarantine I needed it so I did the month but before you could just pay for shipping with your order.

    I've really enjoyed the convenience of Shipt app for groceries. My only suggestion for improvement would be an option for list and ability to schedule delivery a few days out. Currently I'll add items to order and log in/open app on day I want delivery and schedule it then, it would be nice to schedule it in advance but maybe that's because the availability of shoppers to fulfill orders is variable. Overall very pleased with use of app.

    Absolutely refuses to save your favorites list and guess what? That's one feature the website doesn't have. On the app, I got kicked out as I was rebuilding my favorites list and when it let me back in just seconds later, everything I worked on is wiped out of existence. Thanks for nothing. Some of us like to plan ahead, you know.

    Update 9-16-2020 raising from a 3 to 5. Love the "Buy Again" button that let's me add my entire past order to the cart. Big time saver. Also, love that I can tip the shopper in advance. Previous Love it but there is a big problem - the Favorites feature doesn't work properly. When I select items in Favorites, they don't go into the cart. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. This has been a problem for several months. It is very frustrating.

    The service itself is great but this app is terrible! I can try to open the app anytime during an entire day and it won't open or when it does, doesn't allow you to do anything. I'm sure you all are losing tons of business due to the app. This service is solely based on using an app that most often doesn't work!! Get it together!!

    I have updated the app, and now for the 2nd time in a week, it tells me to update the app or remove my alcohol from cart. My app is updated! It also would not "search" for items today. I have used Shipt for probably 3 years with no issues, but this is frustrating!

    Unable to get out of the rate/tip page on an old order so I can make a new order. I had already rated and tipped so I don't know why this page keeps coming up. Unable to use the app until I make a new choice on the tip (and I don't want to tip more or choose "0" and undo my prior tip). Ugggh.

    Really like Shipt and their shoppers. Seems to me to be better than Instacart. More Customer-friendly shoppers. No big price hikes, except Publix.Their app could use improvement, though. Showing which items have been found and replacements, asking for approval, while shopping is a major advantage for Instacart. Also having you give preferred replacements in advance is another big plus. Update: have discovered that if you press " add instructions " you can pick a backup 4 your item

    The app hangs most of the time when searching for items. There's no indication that it's even searching, just a blank page with my search keywords in the search box. Also, i have to turn my VPN off in order to use the app. That's annoying.

    Frequent user, but lately the app is extremley SLOW. Changing stores, picking number of items, all functions have slowed. Time wasting for an app that is suppose to save you time is very frustrating. I made the swith from Instacart over a year ago and am heading back.

    This is the worst grocery app I've ever used. Constant errors when checking out and constant errors saying it's having trouble finding an address now, when it's displayed right on the screen. Do not download this app, use walmart grocery delivery or something else. This is stupid.

    Lo❤️e SHIPT. App is user friendly/ intuitive; does not take 4ever 2 update if an item is removed/changed. Also, 4 those of us with low vision, I cannot stress enough how SUPER HELPFUL that the pix of items are shown on plain WHITE background W/out a lot o cluttering or confusing xtra items, ads or busy design!! Shopper texts customer as s/he works so that there's no cut off 4 altering 1's order as w other delivery apps. I shop by delivery only, have tried em all- ‼️SHIPT IS BEST.‼️🥂

    Never really had any issues, works great for me. One suggestion: maybe allow individual profiles. Same household, but we use different cards and different mPerks accounts. It's easy to forget to change which accounts to use if we make separate orders.

    So amazing to send in my order by cell phone and receive it on schedule. No more shopping till I drop. No having my groceries bagged so that I can carry frozen and refrigerator items in first, sometimes leaving the rest in the car till I rest up, carrying groceries in a few at a time.     Meh. Instacart is just better. I shopped from the same store on Shipt and Instacart. Prices were similar...but...and it's a big one...Instacart has more products. There is no way to track orders and select replacement items.

    When I use the shoppers at Shipt it feels like I sent one of my kids to the store because they always text me directly if the store is out of a product. Shoppers go to great lengths to obtain the correct product. The app works fine but it is the people that make this service work. Thanks Shipt.

    So I have a couple of great shopper the shopper got tonight did a fantastic job. How ever I had items miss at no fault to the shopper but to the store whom didn't have the items but the items still should has available on the app. That is frustrating for me and to whom ever is trying to get my groceries!

    During the installation process, I noticed significant fewer retailers compared to Instacart.. Furthermore, since the app did not appear to support the same retailers as Instacart, I decided to uninstall.

    Can't get past the add address screen in the app. After hitting save there's a brief flash of a different screen before I am just brought back to add address.

    Unbelievably bad experience. Every single order has been problematic. Prices are high, and the shoppers never seem to be able to find things. My husband goes to the same store and can find what was missed. Worst of all, I have had 4 orders rescheduled for another day AFTER the order was claimed by a shopper. Tonight I desperately needed this service, our water is off and basement flooded so I needed someone else to get me water and cleaning supplies but they let me down, again.

    I don't know why your app isn't placing my orders it keeps declining my card when I know full well my cards have money on them. Might just go check out that insta cart app instead. Bet they will have no issues taking my cards.

    App lags consistently while placing order. Searching is difficult from rubberband lag. App will often state no delivery times available but on desktop version there are times available.

    I've been using Shipt for a year now & have been very happy with my experience. Customer service is fantastic! Even on the rare occasion that shoppers do not follow instructions, customer service always responds within 24 hours and resolves any issues. I place one to three orders a week. I've used primarily in San Francisco, as well as Kansas City, Honolulu, and Salt Lake City.

    App froze often. I found it easier to order on desktop. However prices are marked up more than Instacart. I liked them more so paid it. However when the last delivery driver I had asked how old my son was via text, I dropped them. For a single mom just a little creepy.

    Downloaded the app to see how exactly it worked, & if it would indeed benefit my family. Any assistance with day to day items, are a saving grace for us, as my mother's stage 4 Breast Cancer, prevents her from having the ability to do them, as she once could. I, however, wasn't able to determine how efficient Shipit, was or wasn't, as after downloading the app, I wasn't able to create an account. Each time I choose the sign up option, it wouldn't allow me to choose how I wanted to sign up.

    Mostly the shoppers are great. Some of the new ones do make little errors...but given time they also grow as a shopper. Shoppers communicate with the customer. Offer other substitutions if the ordered product is unavailable. My husband and I are disabled. Having our shopping delived to our house is a God send.

    I installed this cause I have a hard time getting groceries delivered where I live and neither do I have a car, so I just do what I can but please do not install this app. I am not rich. This app makes you pay $14 to get free delivery and to even just use the app, the membership. Then you can't even get your items with free delivery that they promised once you pay the $14 you buy $35 worth of stuff. So then if you can't do that you have a pay a $7.00 delivery fee... I was able to get 4 items.

    I do shipt and Instacart and I make more money with shipt. However, Instacart allows same day cash outs. Shipt would blow Instacart out of the water if they did the same thing. For now, Instacart is still my main app because though I make less, if I need my money fast, Instacart will allow me to cash out whenever I want vs. Waiting a week

    Overall, very happy with this service! This is the only service that delivers to my rural area. I started using them during covid-19 and will probably continue. Great time saver! When I received something different than I ordered it the produce was bad, Shipt, promptly refunded my money, no questions.

    Terrible. This app promises same day delivery but they keep pushing delivery windows to a later time. Secondly they do not issue refunds on items not found. I had to remind them through their live chat coz they don't have a number you can call. Secondly you'd think its common sense for a shopper not pick meat that's grey in color but yup! One of their shoppers picked rotten meat and delivered it. Don't waste your time here.

    Very glitchy. I put in two items it tells my shipt shopper 3 . it takes 2 or 3 seconds to register any buttons I push. I ordered somthing in the 9am to 10am window and it showed 9pm to 10am within my app, wasnt sure if it showed that way to shipt shoppers but my order was delayed due to no pickups of my order. Not impressed with the app. The service of shipt shoppers is great tho.

    I use this app to buy stuff for my 84-yr-old dad who lives 30 mins. away. Shoppers ignore the instructions I put in with my order; I have to text them to tell them not to just leave stuff at the door for someone who can't bend down. When I rate the shopper from 1 to 5 stars, 4 stars doesn't include any good points to select, only 5 stars does. At 4 stars I'm assuming you did pretty good, I just can't call you the best. A field for entering custom comments would help. May not use again.

    The app itself is fine but the shoppers and customer service are awful I can place an order five hours before delivery window and it will be claimed and then half way through the window it will be given up and then my window will change while I wait for a new shopper and shipt is no help whatsoever saying they can do nothing.

    Shipt has saved me time and stress. 98% of the time I've had no issues (shopper availability). I love the convenience. I can order something without much notice and receive it later that day. Last night I decided we needed a home printer, and this morning it's already been delivered.
