It doesn't show tracking info from the app itself. Insteasd it takes you to the dhl website. I can do that without installing the app. Stupid.

Save your breath and go to the website. Just seems like a platform for WISH adverts etc. I installed, entered my Tr. No. then when i opened it i was just re-directed to what looked like the official DHL website but without the web address bar then it still didn't show my tracking and i had to select my country etc etc, easier to google and search DHL tracking and takes less than 30 seconds.

This might not be the best tracking app. Actually, pointing out to it as an app is completely wrong. we might call it DHL tracking link. Despite of that, it fits my needs. I would rank it high, until someone makes a better one.

Pretty poor, far too much input needed to locate a parcel. There are other apps which are way more simple to use.

Very helpful and good understanding and friendly but drivers should contact the person whom they are delivering to if they cont find the address and the should have the details or the phone number of the custome to whom it is going to

Doesn't actually show tracking information such as due delivery date, just shows the tracking number and any name and/or description you give it. Better off using the website
