    Huge time saver! Big fan of the interface and the employee-initiated shift swaps. I also love that it actually prevents me from scheduling people that I've given time off. I've used a couple products that didn't do that well or at all.

    Amazing scheduling tool- makes my life so much easier once you really get it set up. My single complaint is PLEASE give us print from preview on mobile options. Such a small and simple thing to implement but would be such a powerful addition. Pleeeease. I write the entire thing on my phone but need to get on my desktop just to print it. We're in the wireless era these days- c'mon! :)

    The daily messages are super annoying but the function of the app works great. The daily messages that I am referring to are the messages saying I have no shifts for the day. I don't mind getting a reminder if I have a shift scheduled but I get one if I am on the schedule and I get another one for the daily schedule whether I am or not. *I get texts that i cant open as well as a daily email or 2. Its a bit much sometimes but I cant turn off the notifications because I need the message schedule

    Don't expect anyone to ever pick up the phone or respond to a live chat. Multiple issues adding employees. Point of contact claims they responded with voicemails. That is false. I don't like to play phone tag with vendors. Dated interface to boot.
