    I have to agree, this app is difficult to navigate and I have been using it for a few weeks. The thought was there to help you navigate thru the app but it is time consuming. I now go to Stop and Shop more because i dont have time to stand in the store and figure out this app. Sorry. Also, reviewer is right that points don't end up at the register. The cashier said to load the points 24 hours before or go to customer service to get it corrected. Like I plan meals in advance or have time. 🤣

    Another update. STILL won't remain clipped and now no email of my receipts. Less is more. NO ONE wants this overcomplicated mess. Do you READ the reviews? We all hate the app. Once something starts to work you literally change it. Please stop. FYI: Only getting sale prices via an app discriminates against elderly, disabled, and people that can't afford Smart phones. Rember the card you scanned and got sales with? That was nice. This app is a 0.

    This company is horrible, been a member of just for U since the day it started never had problem getting to my Just for U etc, now they have removed my password and made it impossible to sign in, even when I need to reset they give me code numbers I put it and click next they say "try another email" I am fed up I am joining Stop and Shop supermarket they don't do these things of refusing your password even when you reset it,

    I agree that the new versions are time consuming and annoying. I do like being able to see rewards and free items, but generally it's designed to market you. It can take a long time to do anything. And you can't just add to your cart. You put it on your list, then have to put it in the cart to get the discount etc. Not intuitive. Much better the old way. No contest. I hate this version.

    I hate this app. You would think it would be more functional than the website but it isn't. That was then (September 2021), this is now. What an improvement. Instead of assuming everyone wants to create a shopping list, the main page takes you right to the option you last used, while making it easy to switch to a different one. Two clicks and I'm exactly where I want to be. Now better than the website.

    This app used to be great. Then.... Made the mistake of upgrading. Now, the bar code scan option doesn't talk to the camera right or can't focus or whatever, but it now SUCKS. I'm getting about a 50% positive scan response... And that can take some time to get. Didn't used to be a problem. Please go back to your old code so the barcode scanning can work. This blows.

    A few months back, Albertsons disabled the ability to add items from the weekly ad to the shopping list. Their excuse at the time was that people could still do so on the website. Now they've disabled the ability on the website to add items from the weekly ad to the shopping list. Everything now has to be typed in manually by the customer. Other chains don't make grocery shopping so hard. Is this what Albertsons thinks to be good customer service?

    Dozens of scrolling carousels on every tab. Hamburger menu is middle left. App UI is too zoomed in. Categories everywhere. Cant really make sense of anything. Whoever you subcontracted with to redesign the UI should be let go. I get angry every time I open the app. (Also cant change password in app.) On a related note, i cant change my password on your website (clicking current password field redirects, I tried Edge Waterfox AND Internet Explorer) that particular issue is VERY VERY CONCERNING!!

    You can't use the app at all unless you create an account. Developer response: Hi! Yes, you do need an account so at checkout, you will be able to redeem the offers with your phone number or QR code.... Just to add to this. I don't want any offers, points, or coupons. All I want to do is check the weekly flyer. If I can't check the flyer, there's no reason to go out of my way to visit the store.

    App used to be fantastic until the redesign. Now almost every time I add rewards they never get used at the register. First few times I figured it was because I did it soon before checkout but lately I've been adding rewards days before and it still doesn't always work. Without the rewards, the purpose of the app is cut in half
