If you change town it resets the selected date back to todays date! It got me fooled. And you cant make a refund remotely. Only refunds at the cinema :/

Please fix this broken thing! Sometimes scrolling just locks and it's impossible to scroll down, which breaks the booking process and ofc the seats remain reserved... Showing QR code sometimes doesn't work and just won't show up. I'm sure million other bugs there too, but I try to use it as little as possible in order not to notice those

It's slow and it freezes. So sometimes tiu can't even log in and sometimes it freezes when you are booking.

The new update pretty much ruined all the good things with the other app. The whole app is ALOT slower, feels choppy and cheap, takes time to just switch between tabs etc. Ads covering text and at the same time, goes off the screen, styling misses like the dots under the news section being different sizes and not corresponding to the state. Another thing ,that I don't know if it's intentional or not, is that I no longer can book as far in the future as I could just a few days ago before the launch of this new system.

All in all a decent app, but the latest version is extremely slow to load. And it seems to default to loading all content, every time... Ideally it would load the tickets once, and then keep them cached, so that I could get to them quickly when I get to the ushers. Now I need to wait for all other content (trailers etc) to load, before I can go to the ticket section (and wait for the tickets to load...).

The only app that frequently crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S9 (running Android Pie and all updates). Even in the background. And it will always crash on start. Really bad. Been like this for months now, since an app update. I don't think they know how to fix it... Same issue remains after several months, and no feedback on my error reports. 👎👎

Haven't been able to purchase through the app once (have tried a several times for around 2 years while having the app installed). Today I tried a purchase three times, never got passed the Bankid step... tried the website.. worked at once The app works well for viewing trailers and seeing what time a movie is showing. When contacting their customer service they asked me to use their website instead of the app. How can you have an app where customers can' complete the most important function?

I have an issue with the app. Whenever I try to buy a movie ticket it wouldn't let me use my mobile bank ID app instead i have to always use my E-card reader. Every time, I gave already gone to the bank for the issue but they told me my Bank ID is working fine and it is. So, can you please fix your app.

1. You can't buy tickets! They're is an option, but my cards(I used few cards) are declined every time I try to buy. 2. Glitchy - the app can't load free places when I try to book tickets. 3. Hard to find and change city Useless app. Filmstadens developers should hire a real one developer!

it log me out half of the time and even if i havent paid for the tickets and the app hangs up, when i go back the seats i chose are no longer available. also, there are no more exciting benefits and food promotions for gold.members.
