Simple to use. Virtual Mesra card is issued when registered. But if you have existing Mesra account and Mesra card, you need to contact them to link your Mesra account and Setel, and to transfer points from you physical card to the virtual one. These should be able to be done within the app. It takes up to a week to process the above for me and really inconvenienced to chat/email with the Setel team. Hopefully Setel will consider this.

Useful where I just need phone to fuel up, don't need for credit card and Mesra card. One thing I think can be improve is that as a user, I should stay logged on like other e-wallet app. There hv been many occasion I was ask to re-login, that's unnecessary

No stations for Sarawak and Sabah ! While i understand setel payment would take some time to rollout, i had hoped this app can be a directory as well - which won't list unless the station is Setel'ed. Rugi rugi

Seriously, this is the best app that all the fuel station should have one. I lost my bank card and urgently wanted to fuel my tank but the station is not accepting Maybank QR. They advised me to use settle and I was so shocked to know how easy it was . Really regretted myself for missing this amazing app since I bought my car. Thank you guys.

Congrats team Setel. I realy enjoy my fuel purchase thru this app. Simple ,straightforward and comes with reward. Im not kind of person that carry alot of cash as i prefer digital wallet only. This is very convenient...except when there are slow internet connection..hahaha.

The new submit receipt working days is way too long, 30 days . Before is 7 day , you trying to widen the working days but affect the up ranking purpose , as may reset monthly . It seems this may your intention you want force customer use setel by pay fully digital. While we can pay by cash and claim by submit receipt for the points , but 30 days working days just for a receipt approval ? Come on , get a grip.

It is easier for me. Actually, I go to petronas tu fuelling my car and I have no money with me and luckily I've installed Setel App long ago and never use it. I top up using my credit card, and it is super duper easy for me. Love it!

I can't add on any kind of card for payment..setel should settle this problems ASAP..almost all my card expired and needs to renew..but setel can't accept all my new cards and stuck at bank processing ur payment/ processing ur transaction.after 15 minutes still cannot top up my setel.. Almost a month I'm not using this apps. Already report and chat with ur tech support.they said need to ask my card company but my transaction at others e wallet with the same card very easy and smooth.help me tq

Eversince pandemic started, i have been using setel to purchase my car fuel, i cant even remember when was the last time i paid at counter... setel is super duper easy and practical for me.
