Version 7.0.0 of this app, caused my phone to run so slow, it was unusable until I force closed the App. The app worked ok until I selected, "Covid Safe Check-in". After that, my phone all but locked up. I tried full uninstall, reinstall & phone restart. My final solution, which worked, was to Download the older version 6.23.0 from an APK repository, roll back the app & disable auto update in Play Store. It now works normally. Unfortunately I will have to display my Vaccination Status outside the App, until you are able to fix the latest release.

Extraordinarily difficult to link my vaccination status to app. I've gone round and round in circles for over an hour and it still doesn't show. Why doesn't it just update automatically for goodness sake? As for logging-in to places, don't get me started! In this day and age we have to fiddle around with our phones to scan? It's called Bluetooth and Wireless people! No wonder so many people don't check-in/out, it's time consuming, fiddly and I'm over it.

Overall, it is a good and usefull app. I have not used all its functionality though. However, the New version with vaccine proof function disappoints because of the lagging qr scanner - it is very slow now. And this function is essential. Upd 18/10/21 The updated application is slow and lagging and makes all other applications do the same. I guess it fills in all the processor capacity...

Frustrating. Both husband and myself have updated both Medicare and service nsw app and still can integrate the COVID digital certificate to service NSW App. We have tried 5x now and it keeps telling us to go back to Medicare app to add certificate. Fix this problem asap. As we need this sorted. Plus what's the option for people who do not have mobile phones? Paper version until a card or option on license or photo ID comes in,???

App would not recognise my email address as valid when trying to login. Accepted address and password when opening account no problem, then continually stated it was invalid when subsequently trying to log in. Spent 1 hour 40 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) when I rang Service NSW and eventually hung up after being transferred the 3rd time. Very disappointing.

Got a new phone and ever since have not been able to login (no issues with previous phone). Can login fine on website so user name and password are correct but app says 'Unable to sign in. Contact service NSW'. Have had multiple calls with service nsw and yet no resolution. Installed, uninstalled, updated to 24hr time, service nsw has reset password and also logged IT ticket with no resolution. Terrible experience.

Poor job of integration with Medicare records. I've attempted 3 times for the integration with the covid vaccine information from Medicare. All attempts have failed. You had weeks to prepare for this. If you cannot do the job correctly the first time, don't waste our time. I'll continue using the Google Pay option to show my vaccination status.

As a NSW-VIC border resident going between both sides every day I have been able to compare the NSW and Vic apps, the Victorian app is far superior from a user experience perspective. In particular, being able to save favourites without scanning the QR code and only having to check in (and not out as well) make for a much smoother, seamless user experience. Would love to see these changes integrated as it's a good app outside of the check in function.

Pretty awful app. Supposed to be able to link Medicare Covid certificate to the app but, unsurprisingly for this app, it doesn't work. Also regularly tries to check in to the previous location. Supposed to be able to leave the app open for 4 hours instead of having to re-enter PIN, but this doesn't work either.

Can't log in, reset password countless times. Shows new password is saved successfully but when I try to log in it says incorrect password, this has been ongoing for 2 months before the latest update but still no better. It used to work good then one day I checked in to Woolies and when I came out, tried to check out and couldn't, the history, my license and everything else was gone.
