The app works, but the problem is that it is mainly made for video, which I didn't know. I paid for it as it is quite cheap. As it stands, VLC is free and also works. I have not done a side by side comparison, but with VLC you can star folders in the server for easy access and it suits my needs better. I would like the app to be clear about what upgrading to premium actually gives you, as I still don't know what it does. Wish the developer the best of luck!

So far, almost works perfect (media controls don't work, pause & seek bar, not due to this app, my TV doesn't support this), I was looking for a way to cast to my smart TV through Wi-Fi and when connected to my phones hotspot. Tried a few other apps but they didn't allow hotspot connections, or if they did, it wasn't clear how. This just found my TV & worked straight away, for that reason I bought the app. The ui looks better than the others too. I emailed the Dev about the above issue and he/she was very helpful... on a Sunday! Well done, thanks

Of a dozen or so casting apps this works very well. The only 2 star rating (to be upgraded upon improvements) is for not being able to properly handle mov files! Some 20 sec of clear 2.5 k image, then buffers, again some 20 seconds of video ... etc. Unfortunately Akaso 50 Elite saves in mov and my cell LG Stylo 4 doesn't cast natively. The cast goes to a Hisense Roku TV. Hope to have this corrected so we can watch our son's water polo games from last season. Thanks

Works well for like first 10 minutes of playback from a upnp drive on my network which is great this app finds with ease. Connected on strong wifi with both the phone and chromecast first find casting device and playback to it is nearly flawless however after that, putting the phone down and enjoying the media, it'll pause video after about 7 to 10 minutes. Last time chromecast as if froze since the app seemed to be playing the media however chromecast output only showed server cast title screen

I've tried a lot but this is by far the best Streaming App that I've found. It connects to everything I've tried and video quality is excellent. The ability to pause, skip forward/ backward and control the volume on the target device is very useful. The developer is very helpful and quick to respond also.

This app is awesome. Have used several Roku apps for casting movies from the Late Great. Terrarium🌹, Movies HD and Showbox. Best setup Ive ever had honestly and prefer it to Kodi any day for streaming this way. Its has everything and Im not seeing anything it lacks nothing so far. 5*

I finally found an app that displays all the videos I download & plays them without ads. Only small gripes are, I have a many folders for videos & having a thumbnail for the folders would be nice. Also, it doesn't sort my videos correctly. I use sort by name & it clearly has it wrong but other than that the best app I've found

So far so great. May update stars after a more time. With a script you can get this to work with kodi and Roku! I couldn't get localcast or allcast to do that without screen mirroring. This works more like chromecast. I wish I could use with amazon prime video app. Was able to cast 4k HDR10 video to a 4K HDR10 Roku TV.

Great app, using it to seemlessly stream my SMB shares to my chromecasts! Connections are solid and doesn't drop off like other apps. Would be nice if we could rename servers to something outside of the raw share name, and also creating playlists would be neat. Or maybe even just an auto play next episode feature.

Simple easy-to-use interface. connectivity to my computer is straightforward, however I have just one criticism and that is that I cannot download a movie from my computer to my mobile phone which can be done with other applications of this type. there does not seem to be a download option available.
