The profile needs to be updated with primary and / or secondary documents. That's understood. But there is no place to do that until you've made a transfer & it is stuck in review process. I think this part of customer journey can be made smoother, especially for a first time customer. Update: their customer support helps (and I update the rating accordingly), but the process can be made better.

very poor service. sometimes express transaction takes more than two days. even if transaction has something wrong they don't provide full information. Customer care service is wrost than that. They will disconnect your call if they don't have answer to your question. Poor management.

Hey I used remitly online ain't tried the app, but I had no problems called customer services and getting problems fixed by telephone, as I wrote the name wrong, my honey in Colombia said the bank makes her come twice to take out the full amount, so this is a problem with the bank, she does not have an account and should be able to pick up money as cash, if I am having problems with this what should I do??

My first transaction went through, that's it. They didn't accept my debit card anymore with no reason 😒. Update, so far the customer service is trying to do as much help as the they can, they reached me 2 weeks later but but the real problem is stayed non fixed. They only give you one option to send money on mobile wallet and they choose the most rare service. It's great up and fast delivery.

Worst app I have ever used. They do claim faster transfers but won't really transfer them fast it takes days and the customer service would just not help instead will be so rude to you (Holman was the agent). Won't recommend using it at all. Their are plenty of better options don't waste your time here

Super poor customer service -ve 5 if the option was available. They will lock your account. No explanation whatsoever, when you call best aswer is "go read our q&a, or service agreement and find why your account is locked." What bs. Don't make it your default they will disappoint you at a time you need them the most

Love it. I send money from Canada to India and it's super fast. The setup was straightforward and I can pay through a variety of methods such as cards or bank accounts. Also love that there are no transfer fees like a lot of other platforms.

Your 1st transfer is ok then 2nd one, they gone make you cry! On 9/8/21 the money was taken out of my account to be delivered. It has been 26 days & my money is no where to be found. I called so many times but the answer is the same "give us another 24hrs & we will resolve it". Supervisors & escalation team telling me, we still investigating after 26 days. I used my debt to get express delivery. The app shows transfer not complete but they aren't willing to refund me. Bad reviews on Trustpilot

Atrocious app. No only takes ages, but asks too many things information of the benefactor that sometimes its impossible to get and complicates the transaction when is a business company. I had to change it for WISE. Too much complication for a simple transaction

Been using remitly almost one year now, transfer so fast but every time they as you to upload documents for verification and will locked your account. It's disappointing coz they make you transfer first before you know your account is locked. They need to improve they system.
