Always asks to enable VPN. Why its asking to enable VPN though i do it 10 times in a row. I see that this app verifies apps which are installed/updated. Also, scans thru the mobile for threats. Overall, i am keeping it as something is better than nothing.

Seems easy to use. There are absolutely no ads as well. And unlike other commentors I did not face any issue with activation at all. Infact did not have to do anything in particular. Once you claim it from Airtel Thanks app it will redirect you to play store app page. From there when you download and open the app. Thats it.. Til now I feel satisfied with this AV. However will update my review after using it for some more time...

Worst security company... As I tried to login in app as it automatically log out always as usually , it's keep saying that incorrect password or email. Then after I tried to reset my password with the help of site it's not working there too. Then I try to make new account, after I click on create account after filling all information it says incorrect captcha , and the funny thing is there's no option for catcha🤣🤣...... So in short , the worst app and company.

This is pretty much the worst security app of all time... It has no worthwhile security features and it takes up around 10% of my battery life while running in the background doing literally nothing... It doesn't even have any live threat detection features... The only reason I'm using it is because it comes bundled with Airtel recharge and "some" security is better than no security...

Difficult activation process but learnt finally. Guys initially I also got stuck on activating this app from Airtel thanks app. The process is you enter your email and click claim. But * Do not install* this app from play store until you get a confirmation email. For me it took 6-8 hours. Later again go to Airtel thanks app and claim. Enter your email. It'll redirect you to play store. Now the app is pre activated.

When I start scanning my device through this app , while scanning at the end it shows message saying that "network scnning failed or some time it displays scanning failed" what does it mean exactly. Second issue: I installed this app only because of airtel and VPN. Now without informing VON is disabled. Please activate the VON as it was assured by you when installing this application, respond to my query at the earliest, so that i will rethink on my rating.

Just a fake App Airtel using to fulfill it's antivirus offer, Norton was a good option but discontinued and replaced with this free fake app. All critical review has similar replies... copy paste, developers doesn't even have a proper reply... Just uninstall as it may compromise your data. Airtel cutting on cost by compromising customer security...

Not so useful, recommend by Airtel but not worthy to recommend to others. Very less options and zero in front of Norton app. Too much costly Norton charging only 800 per year and option of paying per month by using credit card. Using backdoor to promote product. No auto scan and never got any notifications for the threats.

It should hv auto stsrted after download but asking for login , even after doing so, not logging in, 2 mails sent to their support id is still unanswered-pathetic After using it for somedays, it stopped witking n even afternwriting to" support " twice, no action taken to resolve Just saw your response to write, read my comment carefully, have written twice but to no avail I have used my official gmail id sincr beginning to report this issue, couple ofndays back i sent fresh mail on the issue

Askimg for activation all the time, very unstable. Respomse from back team is also not effective Dated 20th april 2020-once again the same problem. i need to uninstall and reinstall to run the app. always asking for email and password which should not be required as the app comes through airtel thanks. in case email and password is needed, the app should provide for alternate registration.
