Good customer experience, easy purchasing process. I only gave 4 starts because the clearance section is poorly managed. Pictures don't align with the items. Cloth images are mixed with home product descriptions. Quite hard to know what a sofa or table look like when a pair of shoes is shown. Also often when you click on the item it is out of stock. If it's out if stock why the item is still showing?

I'm unable to turn off the notifications from in the app. I don't want to sales pop ups. I could disable the app notifications in android, but I then do not receive updates on any orders.

Issues with the account tab if I click tracking and go back I have to start again every time it doesn't allow you to go back which is really annoying. Same as removing items from your favourite list you can't select multiple you select one then it starts at the top, we'll if you have tons of favs it's very frustrating when having a clear up and adding things you want to your basket I often give up, I spend a lot at next but would spend much more if these issues were fixed to make the app easier

In general I'm very happy with next just few things annoying, but not end of the world 🙃🙂 Like:; my chosen favourites or/and shopping bag items dissappear, or items that have to be delivered within 2/3 weeks not getting delivered and if you forgot you loose and money and no product, till you remember and ring them and all get sorted 😉 Customer care amazing, staff in Dundrum amazing, baby clothing amazing sizes quality all, delivery amazing Thank you All 😊

Something I find incredibly frustrating is the inability to select an item from the orders page and be taken to that item when I wish to reorder a different size/colour etc. As it is, you have to do a new search, which is so annoying when you know what you want and it's sitting there in the app under your orders. This has been an issue since launch and I am surprised that it still has not been addressed in 2021. Obviously NEXT don't want to make it easier for customers to spend with them!

App is good, easy to use... annoying how you cant view the whole pages though, especially the home sections. Also why do Next limit tbe petite range...its soooo annoying to choose a colour jumper from a choice of six then select petite and it goes down to one choice of colour - green....whyyyyyyyyu!!!! Happens on lots of clothing choices....makes me angry.

The app is not working properly. I wasn't able to add items to the cart. The app would just stuck, or keep on renewing the cart without adding rhe item. Looking at the ratings of your app, I would suggest you to hire a person who can actuall update and maintain the app on time These kind of bugs make shopping with NEXT unpleasant.

So many times items added to basket always show wrong size selected, normally a 12. Go to edit and size selected is correct, be it 10, 18, M, L etc. Select done and it shows 12. Even getting 12s delivered now so lost faith in orders. Jeans in my basket are apparently a size 40C?! Wastes my time with returns. Also, when looking at order tracking it would be good to be able to tap and be taken to the item. Instead the items are not links so you have to search by name or number.
