It's extremely easy to use (it looks exactly like the score sheet you'll find in any board game), and it packs a lot of features. This is a score tracker that's actually fun to use and really flexible. It comes with predefined score sheets for popular games but you have full control to build your own.

Features:
* Beautiful material design
* Seamless integration with BoardGameGeek (BGG)
* Flexible game recording. Support for games where biggest score is better, smallest score wins, co-ops, multiple ways to victory and more
* Predefined templates for over 10.000 games, with the ability to view and vote those created by other users of the app
* Access to a large variety of stats that you can configure for your own needs
* Rules section for every game so you never forget how much starting money everyone gets
* Manage extra information like location, comments, rate each play or add separate notes for every player.

    I have a couple of minor complaints, but thoroughly appreciate this app and use it for nearly every game we play now. Wish list... .. allow to pick the resulting name/icon when merging users .. allow direct editing of scores, instead of having to +/- points .. allow a player to be added to an active game (I have forgotten to set my player count right more than once) .. if you change an active game's definition, prompt whether you want the game template def updated as well

    Tedious for detailed game logging, and more importantly, the backup to Google Drive feature is completely unreliable. Several years worth of weekly game data for dozens of games was lost forever when upgrading to a new phone, using multiple backup methods (Samsung, Smart Switch, Google Drive), but didn't have a dedicated copy on another device, which appears to be the only way it would have actually been preserved. I regret ever supporting this app with all the optional purchased features.

    To echo other reviewers, this is a must have app if you want to: 1) Sync plays to BGG- It is bi-directional. So plays already in BGG come to the app, and plays in the app go to BGG. (Paid version only) 2) Quickly and easily tabulate your scores- It has a huge library of games and i was surprised at how easy it was to use. Just search for your game and then choose a scoring template you like. You can also Upvote really good ones for everyone else. (Included in free version. Paid version allows you to make your own scoring templates) 3) Analyze Stats- I am not really that into stats, but it was really fun to see my personal bests/worsts, win rates, etc (included in free version. Paid version has some super analytics stuff as well if you want more) 4) Easily remember how to setup a game and/or remember certain rules- There is a section where you can add notes around these two areas which is super helpful when you have a large collection of games. No one likes to have to reread rules. (Included in free version) 5) Much more, but the four above points are the main reasons why I think people will want this application. Concerning the ads: I had used the free version for about a month and found that they were not really an issue at all. They only popup when you finish scoring a game and, for me, lasted only 5 seconds. I did end up upgrading to the paid version though because it is a really good app and the developer needs to eat too!

    I use ScorePal for every game. It's great for keeping track of what I've played, what I've won/lost, who I played with, when I played it, etc. My only gripe is when I go back to look at a game's scores for a play, the app takes me to the "edit scores" screen instead of the Summary screen. This should be the default screen with a button to allow you to edit the score from there. I also would love to see game comments on the Summary screen and the ability to click on one of the players to take you to their stats page. I would also love it if we could style a score page after a game's scoring pad if it has one.

    Really wish I could give this a higher rating. Love the features it claims to have. I even bought both the upgrades this morning because they seemed to have most of the stuff I want in a tracking database. Unfortunately, it falls short is some fairly obvious and important ways. 1) The upgrade that I purchased allows me to customize the rounds. Great! I can make the rounds look like the scorepads for the games that I am playing - BUT - not only does this not transfer between my tablet and my phone, it does not save to the device itself so the next time I played the game, it reverted to the same blank set of rounds that I started from. 2) There is a mechanism for Adding custom Rounds to the scorepad, there is however no delete option. What a strange oversight. 3) There is a mechanism for merging players (somehow I am getting Players down multiple times). But although the App tells me that the user is merged but both users are still present.

    Overall, I am really happy with how this app works! It's easy to search for and add games. Main gripe I have is that when entering scores, if you make a mistake, it's annoying to fix since you can't clear previous entries (unless there's something I'm missing). Again, I am pleased with the app overall though. It does what it does well! Edit: I was missing something. If you scroll down and switch from "Increment" to "Manual," you are able to edit the scores to your heart's content!

    I really enjoy the app overall, enough that it's one of the only ones I've ever paid for upgrades. Good tracking and data. I love being able to see all the games and winners from our group. We're constantly comparing winning %! I did have an issue migrating data to a new phone. However the developer responded to my review here with instructions on how to fix it. Great service!

    Edit, no longer backs upto Google drive and it hasn't been updated since 2018. Good scoring app. Nice customizable stats. Fun premium abilities and bgg sync. Like the rules section too. I don't rate apps...

    I really like this app, and it's fun to use; we enjoy looking at the game and player stats. However, there is one problem: Whenever I accidentally input the wrong score on a round and then move to the next person, when I come back to that same round, it automatically adds a + symbol, and I can't backspace that. This makes it annoying, and makes me have to do some math in my head to figure out how to put in the actual score by adding to the current one. It'd be nice if I could just delete the automatic + symbol.

    Holy amazing. Been using for about a year now. I can go back and see that I play 50% of my games on the weekend. I have a 72.65% winrate. I have played 126 unique games for a total of 597 plays. That's 440 hours of gaming! All stats I wouldn't know without ScorePal. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! I do hope to see a way to manage your collection and ratings on BGG and have them sync like plays, but I know that may not happen.
