The app became very stupid, I can't get a receipt of any recharge I do on the app, there isn't any references that I can use to for my claims at work. It used to be okay, I used to be able to take a screenshot of the payment that I have done! Very stupid update! I already have the latest update, which has the problem!!! I can get recipt of the recharge payment, need recipt!

It is good, but has lots of bugs. My visa card expired and it won't allow me to delete it or update it, therefore I must re-enter it each time I recharge.

Report issue function is very bad If I report issue, I recieve feedback not related to my issue and then ticket close and mention solved Normally IAM the one who should confirm if problem solved or not rather than open new ticket So report issue function is week point into the app

The new update isn't working for me, keeps telling me there aren't any services for me & when I requested to subscribe to the 50L.E. mega connect bundle, the money was drawn but i wasn't subscribed & i didn't get the service

""My usage"" details are not proper ; usage of SMS , call minutes available and used are stated incorrectly. I have sent only 2 messages from my mobile but still it shows that you have used 400 SMS already. I called once for 2 minutes only but it shows you have used 500 minutes. That's insane !!!
