Why not make it a real 2 week free trial with no need to give payment details. If I like the app I'll sign up, but at the moment I cant even begin to evaluate it as I'm not going to give you my payment detail, so long, goodbye.

Must be "on line". Can't download charts. Charts were frankly not that great for my region. Can't zoom in. Only comes down to about 500 ft. Lacks customization. Can't access many features unless you are in the Premium group. There are much better apps with way more features for less money.

Brilliant Navigational App clearly designed by people who understand what boaters really need. The passage planning is superb taking account of the predicted wind and tide at your proposed time of departure advising you whether wind and tide are in your favour. One navigational app that does it all

Great calculations, easy to use easy to adjust around I’m really enjoying this app tried testing over grounds where perhaps safe passage would not be wise & it picked up dangers. Happy with all its features will be putting to more testing. Thank you.

I have been away from sailing for 25 years and I'am now retired. My wife and I purchased a American built Cascade 11.2 and have been refitting the boat for the past three years. Searching the market for a navigation aid that would allow me to use elctronic navigation Savvy Navvy was the easiest to use. I have only been practicing it for the trail period and can't believe how easy it is. Thankyou Savvy Navvy for producing a program for a 70 year old man to understand this new form of Navigation

A little while ago I was contemplating a 650-mile trip from Anna Maria Island, FL, just south of Tampa Bay to DeBary, FL on the Saint Johns River.(As it turned out someone volunteered to tow me overland on their trailer). I used the Pro Charts app for years and was satisfied. BUT, the planned trip would have required traversing lots of inlets on the Intracoastal Waterway and the currents involved. My boat is powered by a 6 hp outboard and stemming a strong tidal current is a problem. Pro Charts does not have tidal current info. SO, I downloaded Savvy Navvy and paid the extra specifically because the app DOES give tidal current speed info. I expect I'll need it one of these days, but having gotten to the Saint Johns I found the charts in the app to be very helpful.

This app does not let you see anything unless you agree to a free trial. I can't even see what the app looks like or any of its functions until I subscribe. I will not subscribe without having any idea what the app even does.

This is a new entry into the navigation options. And while it has some issues, I ended up purchasing a year's subscription because I want to support them and the direction that they are going. Being able to integrate route planning with wind direction is impressive. Their support is AMAZING! I had responses to questions within minutes. Yes, you have to sign up for a subscription to get the trial, but that isn't uncommon and isn't a big deal. I am excited to see where this app is headed.
