Every time I go to use app, I have to log in. Most of the time it hangs up during login making the app unusable. Store clerks tell me they inform customers to take a picture of their card and keep on phone to avoid having to try to open the glitchy app

This is probably the worst app I've ever used. I've never gotten through an order without it glitching. It won't let me finish the last steps in placing my delivery over half the time. It won't let you modify your order with the same delivery time. Adding products sometimes subtracts the product instead when ordering multiples. The typing is so clunky, you need to wait after typing each letter. It's just a really, really terrible user experience.

The app would not accept payment and kept saying error on client end try again. I wasted hours. I called their store and helpline. I was told this was just my problem and their app does not present this issue to android users. I go back to the Play store and it is filled with bad reviews detailing the same issues I was experiencing. I usually would not leave a 1 star review but come on guys. You will waste less time going to the store in person.

Very easy to use, place your order, select delivery, & they call you about 10 mins prior to drop off, they drop food off on steps, and that's it. Substitute items only if you check it off, you can add notes for the shopper too. It's a very good service, I highly reccomend it.

Removed two stars from previous review. App is broken now. Cannot remove items from cart, change quantities, or even leave instructions to shopper. This app worked perfectly before latest update, now it is a mess. Please fix!!! Removed another star. This app is now unusable as it will not let me log in. Very frustrating to be at a self checkout station trying to retrieve my card, but just watching a blank screen while people waiting behind me get annoyed.

I used to love this, i would check it every week for offers and now it won't let me check, it keeps saying the internet isnt working check your internet. My internet is working just fine on everything else but this app, i would love it if youd fix this problem, very very disappointed 😠😠

This app is super frustrating to say the least. I don't usually comment on apps but I just wasted a good chunk of time trying to sign in. So now I will waste more time commenting so others can avoid this annoyance. I registered my card online and confirmed my account yet this ridiculous app says my account does not exist. Guess I will be using my trusty PC app that always works!!! Get it together Save-On!!!

App does not work anymore.. it keeps saying to check my internet connection.. my internet is fine. Got gigabyte speed and I got 5g data on my phone. My internet works this app doesn't. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still says the same thing.. mean while I'm writing and posting this from my phone... I guess I got to give my money to superstore as you don't want my money... you don't want to make sure your app is working.

App Not working. It says to check my internet connection, my connection is good. I even tried thru my phone data and get the same response. I had already cleared cookies, cache and data. I was not the only one having this issue on this day. Started working again the next day.
