As taxi app go Satellite taxi is one of the most reliable. I use it going to work most times I have a very early start. Even booking a time slot late at night for early the next morning has never been an issue. The drivers are always in good time and often early. But never rushing and always present. All in all I would highly recommend them. 9.6

I'd rate less if possible. Tried to book a taxi for work twice now and have been left stranded at 5am both times with no courtesy call just terrible excuses given each morning. Also was charged twice for journeys and no refund in my account yet. Disgraceful company. Horrible rude man answering the phones.

Used them for a few trips, always on time etc. But there was an issue with very inconsistent fares. Same trip, same time, no traffic each time but fare prices were always very different, not by small amounts either - by 20 to 25% or so. When I asked about this, I was told I must be wrong and it's not possible. Well I hardly imagined my receipt being wrong (which I was never asked for). I didn't even ask for refunds etc. I simply contacted to let them know...so I went elsewhere from then on.

Updated review 03/10/20 used the app on the way into the city and everything was perfect. On the way home the driver 'couldn't contact' me and dropped the booking leaving me stranded. This was after tracking him for 5 minutes and watching him approach my pick up spot. Very annoying and potentially dangerous for people relying on a service.

Can't even Register. I downloaded this app because i needed a cab in a hurry. I tried to register and it wouldn't even send me the confirmation code. Tried multiple times. Apps like this have to work 24/7, otherwise whats the point? I also tried downloading your other app "Taxy"amd had exactly thecsame problem. Absolute Joke.

Way better than free now. I always have issues with the free now staff. The satellite staff actually seem to care and they're always a great laugh. Easy know it's a local business.

more than just some "taxi" or "driver service" an honest reliable extended member of the family . The drivers are on time every time immaculatley presented latest vehicles Satellite taxi never take the long road , regardless of the hour or "new normal" or cork road for that matter , Two eyes on the road always one ear open for the craic testament to the cork way of life , always adding a bit of craic or bants only if customer initiated.
