Absolutely pathetic, just like the physical Post Office. I ordered 2 items from eBay; the one item arrived by courier within a week, but the second item was sent by Royal Mail and subsequently disappeared at the JIMC sorting in Gauteng. I thought this app would work but instead it cannot even trace the tracking number (which other apps & webpages can actually trace). This app returns a date in 1996 and states nothing found. What an embarrassing ambassador for a key communication facility!

Not much use. Unable to track an international parcel beyond when it left Cape Town. SAPO can't be trusted so you worry. It's a big handbrake on business.

Posted a parcel in Port Elizabeth, a month later your app is telling me its in the sorting office in PE ..Infact i found out its already delivered to England . The post office told me to load this app to track my parcel..is this some kind of joke ??? Your app definitely does NOT work !!!

If only there was a zero scoring for this app. Dont waste your efforts with this thing. Barley of any help with tracking parcels. SAPOreally needs to sort out their issues and customer services.

I downloaded the app hoping to renew my postbox as I cannot access the website. Every year between Dec and Jan the website is unresponsive. So when I found the 'app' I was hopeful I could resolve this outstanding payment. I was wrong. When you click on 'renew post box' it just takes you to the same useless website. This is not an app in the true sense of the word. Just a URL pointer.

Absolutely pathetic app. Don't waste your time on downloading. The date is stuck in 1996 and therefor no matter how hard you try, your tracking number will not be able to help you. So embarrassed by our postal services

I installed the app on my phone but is not working as indicated in the discription. I entered an international tracking number but it does not track it or save the tracking number so it will inform me once scanned at post office. It works fine on my son's phone. Well it seems on my son's phone it also doesn't work, it doesn't track international tracking numbers it just says "error the tracking number cannot be found" this is an useless App.

Looks pretty but the info on there is two clicks south of useless. You'll be better served walking to the post office and having them check, like it's 1995. Really a shame that a tax subsidised business cannot come close to competing with private industry.

App working now but they limit you a day, post office s useless as a whole, can't even track parcels that arrive in March, they lie and say they smsd you so they can steal parcels. Don't answer calls and emails, useless service as a whole. They need to hire ppl who really want to work not this lazy ones earning for nothing.. Very poor, app does not work, you can't track parcels, waste of time
