We got our first order delivered and the meat was not correct, also one meat was sheep instead of beef. Other than that, all was perfect 👌 I just wouldn't recommend ordering your meat products from here. One wasn't fresh at all, the other was not the right meat. Meat is too expensive for this kind of error.

The app is good but not as fluid. Also, the biggest problem is that it sends TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS. I didn't want to manually block notifications there are useful ones about THINGS YOU ACTUALLY ORDER. Other than that, this app will send you notifications every 20 minutes GUARANTEED. I had filed a complaint about this with the customer service. Someone from the related department called me and told me that it was not possible to turn off. Instant uninstall. And no, I won't be emailing you.

The App itself is not bad but it sends AT MINUMUM 10 notifications a day and there is no way to tell it not to send me promotions. It gets really really annoying

I'm a loyal customer of migros and I appreciate the good quality of products but I was so disappointed that the app has no English and it's all Turkish, I think if they add English my rating will get up for even more than 5 starts

Amazing service! The app is easy to use, the groceries come sorted in the bags. Food that needs to go in a cooler, is shown clearly. They even wrap in packages that are a little weaker, in extra bags. The money taken from the bag matches what is on the receipt, instead of charging what it says on my order. Which is great, if some products cannot be delivered. I will highly recommend Migros app to everyone!!
