I'm sure this would be a great app, if I could finally get past the continuous pin number screens. I felt like this was a true test of patience and I failed even though I only gave up when the TV timed out and turned off. It seems the TV failed the test as well because it wouldn't even try to connect to the app anymore. About halfway through the ordeal, the TV said it was connected but the app still demanded the continuation of pin number screens. My TV has about as much patience as my husband, lol. I hope they fix the app because I haven't had an app work with my Samsung smart TV in years and it's truly convenient to have when the kids misplace the remote.

This app is complete garbage. It will only connect after numerous attempts and many forced fullscreen ads. I will include I have a very common Samsung smart TV and my router is about 5 feet away in the same room. I could swear it would restart the whole connection process if I clicked X on any of the ads.The interface is poorly designed too. One would think with an entire smartphone screen it could fit all of the functionality of a tiny, minimalist remote. It fails at that, requiring to switch between multiple screen that come with MORE ADS! I was looking forward to a keyboard at least. Well that fails as well. It will not work on any application. I'm going to guess this was created as a shady way to advertise to people and not much else. Save yourself some time and avoid this one.

So let me get this clear -- a few years ago Samsung removed the IR blasters from their smartphones, making many of the remote control apps useless. But, we were told not to worry because when the phone and the TV were connected to the same internet network, we wouldn't notice the difference. EXCEPT that the instructions for this app say that because the TV set isn't connected to the internet until it's turned ON, this app can't be used to turn the set on. Please put the IR blasters back.

I downloaded this because my kids keep losing the tv remote. I connected it via wifi and everything is all good except that it doesnt do anything when you push the buttons. Nothing works intl the app and it takes exceptionally long to connect to the tv. It had prompted me 3 times in less than 5 minutes to reconnect my device. It's not worth it. Dont waste your time.

Can't seem to exit from touch pad screen. I have to terminate app and restart to get back to the main menu. Surely, there must be a similar way... Like perhaps, tapping back button twice? But that doesn't work from the touch pad screen.

well since this is the only smart remote app for the Samsung that I could find. It's does a pretty GOOD job. sometimes it freezes or stops. But, it senses that it did and turns around and sends ya another PIN Code so, you won't lose ya program. So, all-n-all, I say it's a pretty decent app. Try it ya just might like it. I have really NO complaints. Besides the occasional freezing and stopping and having to re-enter the PIN. But, not to Bad. I'll give it a 3/4 thumbs up.

This seamed to be the only app that worked with my tv, but I am so disappointed with it. The app almost always freezes and doesnt work, and when it does work, it freezes 10-20 mins into the use. Often gets a glitch and the cursor gets stuck in one of the edges of the tv screen. Sometimes it takes over 15 tries to connect to tv with the PIN...
