Terrible, absolute garbage The ads in this app are incessant. That itself raised alarm bells that this is not a Samsung app. I looked at who created this and saw it is indeed not by Samsung. Explains the constant ads. Almost immediately my phone started to become slow and unresponsive. I signed out, cleared data, cleared cache, force stopped and uninstalled this app. Please don't download this app.

4 stars because Samsung has the best customer service in my experience. The app didn't help, but might have if used earlier. But dang man, there's like ads between ads. It's like that song that says "ass" over and over, but "ads" instead. Phones are temporary, but now that song is in our heads forever.

when app opens, a modal dialogue box appears asking me to check my internet connection. it's just fine. the app closes if I hit OK. can't go beyond this point. App only needs one thing to make it really rock - it needs to actually work!

Worked perfectly for me. Just make sure the phone is ALWAYS signed into your Samsung account and the app should have no problem locating it, even if the battery is low. Found my Galaxy S9 immediately and I was able to recover it.

My Samsung Galaxy tablet3 7.0 device was stolen I'm not going 2say any names but when the person turned it on, u have 2hav internet of course 2do anything on it so they proceed 2log on 2thier wifi\hot spot what ever I was 2gt internet once it hit a internet server and began 2 hack my Galaxy TT hey couldnt they can try 2unlock ot an all an it would not work an I got on my app every day an trued 2search 4my tablet and 2months went by some1 actually tryed 2use finally an wen they did they got a big message and I had finally found my Galaxy tablet I was so happy 2find it or may of taken me a while and just when I was about 2give up all hope some1 tryed 2use it an once it was connected to wifi It was found. Don't give up all I can say is if it's a Samsung your looking 4 it can b found using this App.

Very disappointed. Verizon has apparently turned this feature off!?!? Why Samsung would allow this to happen is beyond logic. I can't express my disappointment enough!
