My view. This is a school grade application. Cannot change settings from the application. Any setting changes comes up with an error message. Then I tried support email. Again this is a black hole with no reply. I thought that Samsung is a good brand but with a poor performing device and support it is a very expensive electronic brick. One month later I get a response, not a solution or workaround but a suggestion to contact the retailer for a solution. A local hardware store will solve it.

Totally useless... BEWARE THIS APP WILL LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR HOME!! The App looses state sync, and will believe the locked state is unlocked, and hence reject all attempts via any method to unlock!! Takes for ever for most basic open/close.. Continuously disconnects and freezes. After a week network disconnects and Samsung server timeouts prevent a single temp pin processing... Google please remove this App from google play...it does not meet any criteria for listing.. not happy...$600 down the drain..

Useless for Airbnb. Can't create temporary pins or invite a shared user. Created a ticket with Australian importer. Two weeks later no fix yet. Wish I read these reviews before purchasing a Samsung lock. Do yourself a favour and buy another brand.

For the NFC function, please change it to requiring the phone needed to be unlocked before you can use the NFC to unlock the door. It provides more security. I feel very insecure when I know anyone can just take my phone to unlock without requiring authentication. For the Pin lock, please let us Edit the name in the app so that we can at least know who does the pin belongs to instead of just showing num1, name...etc... not very useful when you have a big family.

Most of the times Lock remains disconnected from network. Initially I thought may be due to some network issue from our side (despite having very stable network). But recently after talking to Samsung person I came to know that most of the times Samsung's network in India is down (disabling all smart remote services). Due to this, not able to use this device as smart lock. Waste of money.

When trying to unlock using the app, it always results in failure and shows "network disconnected". I'm sure WiFi is connected because other functions act normally.

After a month of using the app it turn very slow even after the latest update has been dowloaded. Not good and not recommending the product.
