The app is relatively well designed but unfortunately they've hired thousands of the dumbest people on earth to work for them. I've been using the platform for over a year. On average only one in every FIVE paired riders will actually show up after accepting a trip. Many times they will sit in the same place for minutes, call and tell you to cancel, or (my favorite) drive off in some random direction after never bothering to call. They will almost never try and locate you with the GPS and a pin.

Recently I can't fund my wallet. Keeps saying deposit failed. I've tried using a different card from the one I normally use but it's the same thing . I've spoken to several customer care agents, I've been asked to clear cache, uninstall and install and send an email to complain all to no avail. The last one I called said she'll forward the complaint to the right dept. I've tried it's still not working. Aside that you guys are becoming disappointing. Used to be fast and reliable but not anymore.

This app has been frustrating. All of a sudden it stopped working. For over 3 weeks, I've not been able to order a ride even though riders are all over the place. Each time I try to order a ride, I keep getting an error message that I'm already on a ride. I've reached out to support and yet they just ignore me. Fix up and then I'll update my rating!

Edit: everything related to the app works as intended, but the map seem a little bit complicated to navigate with during a trip. The payment is intiated by the rider and only the rider can see the cost of the trip, this is not right in the case of a cash payment trip. Useful tip: if you get your first free ride coupon, use it on a trip that costs almost 400 naira. One quick request, how about you integrate an online voice call into the app to reduce cost?

It's a complete waste of data. I downloaded it hoping that it would do the needful but was told they haven't gotten to my location, I should enter a new pick up location. If you're not yet in Gbagada - Pedro, where then are you guys? Una well done.

The app is not perfect because some of their riders always start the trip even without you on the trip and your wallet will be debited at the end ,there's no direct option to confirm if the rider has arrived and has picked you.. The riders use this to exploit customers.

I can't count how many times I have deleted and installed this app again, with hope in each time I reinstall it that it would be better, but the thing is the same always. 1. I can't use cash on delivery 2. I only have 2 times to try and deposit using an unregistered number 3. As I write this, my rider has taken years before bringing my package, I am still waiting 4.please train your riders well on how to use maps, sometimes we also don't know where we are, but a pin should do the trick,

Really frustrated with the app. Firstly, the map recognises unknown landmarks and relevant ones are unseen. Secondly, the app disappoints when you need them most with loads of error messages and no riders nearby and you see riders around waiting for orders. Thirdly, I think there is a form of issue with billing. Why give cost range when you've will still bill me almost twice the estimated bill? Fourthly which is most annoying, depositing money in the wallet endlessly waiting for OTP.

It's a good app, but hey should improve on it in away, that it shows a map of where I am going, at the same time when showing that am on a trip, it's better in a situation where both the rider and the cliant don't know where they are going, so it should show how I am going, and then it should reflect on the history of my routes, that movement on the map, is not hard to embed in the code of the app.

It's been very good since my last issues was rectified, only issue been that most of the times, they charge more than they give heads up for! And also, bikes are hard to find towards the night, no matter which area one stays! Asides these issues, safeboda is good
