  1. johny bravo-avatar

This is not a refined app. The auto counter is really annoying as it can go up in numbers but there is no way to bring it down. E.g you did 4 pullups but the auto thing measured 5.there is no way to correct it!

  2. Felipe Guzman-avatar

Counter doesn't work. I'd rather have a manual option to count the pull ups, instead after doing a set I stand there waving my phone around like an idiot trying to get the counter to go down.

  3. Liamarjit Bhogal-avatar

    Liamarjit Bhogal

have bought the pro version but unable to install on Android 7.0 - all the usual fixes failing. also +1 on the phone in pocket issue. barely works when waving about. good idea in concept. needs accelerometer work

  4. A Google user-avatar

Like the app but big flaw is it does not record pull ups when you put it in pocket.. Had to manually shake it.. Otherwise it would have got 5 stars

  5. Klaus Krummenauer-avatar

    Klaus Krummenauer

Great app that helps tremendously with improving your pullup abilities. Yet it crashes often when its run in the background, especially between sets 2 and 3, and fails to calculate completed pullups after crashes.

  6. Robert Allan-avatar

Unusable. There is no way to make this app register a pull up. I've tried it in my pocket, clipped to my t-shirt and strapped to my chest. It simply doesn't work.

  7. Mitu Catalin-avatar

I cannot install the pro version of the app. I will change my raiting to 5 stars after the issue Is fixed, as the application itself is great.

  8. Owen T-avatar

does not register. should not have paid for this. very disappointing from a Runtastic app

  9. Бо-avatar

Sometimes don't count the pull-ups and I CANNOT edit the number I've done after. Also fake user records. I want to refund.

  10. snb store-avatar

Nice app! Just that sometimes the counter doesn't work.

  11. craig bishop-avatar

Steady progression with reminders. Works for me.

  12. Gregory van Adrichem-avatar

    Gregory van Adrichem

app does not register work out correctly and no way to register it manually

  13. Aaron Murphy-avatar

error 910 shows . I can't download the update for the app I paid for

  14. Hugo St-Gelais-avatar

    Not registering the pull-ups.

  15. Christodoulos Anastasiou-avatar

    Christodoulos Anastasiou

Good app. But some times it doesn't count

  16. Chen Paz-avatar

please add an option to manually mark that a set was done.

  17. Андрій Патинко-avatar

    Андрій Патинко

Unfortunately cannot install this app on Redmi 3S Pro and POCO F1

  18. Michael Hayler-avatar

Completed level 3, which is great btw, but the app has now frozen. Wont award my last medals, and cant select a new training date (i can do this through the settings i know, but when i do the screen still tells me 19/19 complete) Its no longer counting pull ups, screen just starts work out and stays like that, so its no longer even recording what im doing. I paid for this?! Absoulte joke of an app now. Please people, dont waste your time with this. I no longer am.

  19. A Google user-avatar

Just worst detection from all "repetion counter" apps of Runtatic. You need to drop down last couple inches of pull up, or twist your thing, or do something else same stupid to get pull up detected. Correct slow and steady pull up will be missed.

  20. Anton Kohutovič-avatar

    Anton Kohutovič

The sensor is not counting properly. It simply does not work when my phone is in the pocket.

  21. xfreedom Kazan-avatar

I don't want to put phone in my pocket. So I have to wave my phone after each session because of THERE IS NO BUTTON THAT I COMPLETED SESSION!

  22. A Google user-avatar

  23. 선동-avatar

    so sensitive

  24. Ahmed Abulyazeed Moussa-avatar

    Ahmed Abulyazeed Moussa

  25. Bartosz Tabaka-avatar

Just doesn't work! The reps don't go down and you can't mark pull ups being done manually! Most of the workout shorts have tiny pockets these days so there's nowhere to put a medium to large phone.

  26. G Hall-avatar

Is very inaccurate, needs a manual entry option. The counting is 60 to 80% accurate.

  27. Vilius Valiukėnas-avatar

    Vilius Valiukėnas

This app needs an option to enter completed pull-ups manually!

  28. Vladyslav GT-avatar

Great app. I have all runtastic apps in pro tarif. All are cool. Pls make training plan for bars! Very need.

  29. B.T. Robinson-avatar

I like this app but automatic pull-up detection can be a bit flawed at times. I would have given this app five stars but there's no way to switch to a manual pushup button, aka turning off auto detection so I can push a button when I'm done. All my Runtastic Apps need an option to disable that. Fixing this yields a very robust app. I still use it several times a week along with other Runtastic apps.

  30. Perry Yao-avatar

Gives you a personal goal to achieve, simple and easy to use. Recommend for those who focus on their own goals

  31. Evan Manrow-avatar

It has one job, and it's freaking *terrrrible* at it! It registered like two out of every eight pull ups I did, but totally counted me taking my phone out of my pocket as one. I'm 6'2", so it's not like my verticle movement is insubstantial going from free hanging to the bar.

  32. Attila Balázs-avatar

The automatic pull-ups recognition NOT working at all. There is no alternative way to manually overwrite it. So, in the free times I'm shakeing my phone, line an idiot to "tell" the program I already did the job. This is not funny. Horrible.

  33. Doug Ivey-avatar

It's great to track your workouts with, but I can't leave my phone unlocked on my pocket or the "abort" button seems to get pushed and then none of my pull ups count. So I have to take it out, hit cancel, and try again. Either that or just leave my phone on the floor and manually shake it after I count my pull ups myself. Make the "abort" button a 3-second push and hold and I'm sure this will fix the issue. This should be on your push ups app as well. Otherwise I love the routine and reminders. The interface is the same as push ups, so it's super easy to use.

  34. rusty shackleford-avatar

    rusty shackleford

Begs me to sign up for an account TWICE every single time I open the app- ridiculous for a pro app. Pull up counter is too sensitive and no manual input to correct the frequent mistakes. Lifting it up and down myself is the only way to use it. The pause rest counter button doesn't stop the counter. Workout program is good

  35. A Google user-avatar

Yall need to do clean and full pull ups if you want it to work and also leave your phone unlocked in the pocket. That's the only drawback that it can't count when the phone is locked.

  36. A Google user-avatar

Samsung s7 edge. The screen really should lock when the session starts as the abort button gets activated as you slip the phone in your pocket. It missed the odd pull up here and there otherwise it would be great.

  37. Roman K-avatar

Badges are not unlocking. How can I edit my personal information (birth date, weight, name? It's not edible. The counter works correctly for me, but the graph sometimes draws way too more pullups than I did in real.

  38. Иван Безуглов-avatar

    Иван Безуглов

Horrible pull-ups tracking. Had to shake my phone manually to make it work.

  39. Muhammad Rangga Rajabi-avatar

    Muhammad Rangga Rajabi

It's great app and I really like it. It's still have minor counting problem, but i believe the team will soon configure the solutions.

  40. Manolis Stavroulakis-avatar

    Manolis Stavroulakis

Really fun app. Gets you from barely being able to do pull ups to doing them easily. The only thing it is missing it exercises with specific grips.

  41. Eric Büchli-avatar

Always crashing when reaching last pull-up. Not perfectly accurate too

  42. Pushkar Purohit-avatar

    Pushkar Purohit

This is bad every time I reach a level. The app starts behaving weird, like this time it's not counting my push ups

  43. A Google user-avatar

The accelerometer detection probably works about 20% of the time. This is worthless as my reps aren't counted properly.

  44. A Google user-avatar

Sensor counting sucks so hard. Manual input is missing and it's very frustrating. WASTED MONEY.

  45. Phil Schuerz-avatar

Really great app. Greatly enhanced my limited pull-up skills, with far less effort than i thought

  46. Nazek Osman-avatar

The sensor is not very accurate and the lack of manual input to correct is very frustrating.

  47. Kirill Rumyantsev-avatar

    Kirill Rumyantsev

Highly inaccurate on Galaxy S7. Record more pull-ups than were actually done.

  48. Joshua Dann-avatar

Everytime I open the app a voice says "We get your body in shape". Really annoying. Wish there was some way to turn it off!

  49. Tom Lee-avatar

If I do pull up slowly, it doesn't recognize at all

  50. Christopher A-avatar

This was so bad at counting pullups, it missed so many.

  51. Shelby Shum-avatar

Literally could be doing 20 pull ups or chinups and the only pull up it registers is me putting the phone in my pocket.

  52. Paul Lee-avatar

Overall, good. But the sensor misses at least 1 pull up for every 10.

  53. Abhinav Singh-avatar

The automatic rep counter often misses the rep. Otherwise it's a good app.

  54. alex joseph-avatar

The sensor works 80 percent of the time

  55. David Leibovych-avatar

    David Leibovych

The automatic counter is just not working.

  56. A Google user-avatar

    Annars bra.

  57. Varró Dávid-avatar

Can't mute. I don't like to open it.

  58. Mauricio Giraldo-avatar

    Mauricio Giraldo

    Where is the dips app?

  59. Mike Jordan-avatar

    The Best HANDSDOWN!!!

  60. Yura Laguta-avatar

Nice app, but doesn't always detect pull ups

  61. Danzig4u-avatar

    Kick my a**

  62. Lance Labossiere-avatar

    Lance Labossiere

    Effective app

  63. Roberto Reyes-avatar

  64. A Google user-avatar

  65. Jeremy Browne-avatar

The counter isn't always reliable, which is kind of the whole point of the app. It would be great if you had the option to manually type or tap in the number at the end of a set.

  66. Lars R. Folkestad-avatar

    Lars R. Folkestad

The app is nice, but the functionality is so bad! The counter makes me trow the phone in to my couch so it will count. The biggest hassle is to get those counting.

  67. Stanislaw Swierc-avatar

    Stanislaw Swierc

After I finish a run in have to grab the phone with dirty hands and move it up and down.

  68. Marc-Rainer Kamp-avatar

    Marc-Rainer Kamp

With the smartphone in your pocket make kicks with your knee in the air after doing the set, works fine.

  69. Andrew Carter-avatar

The counter is just bad. I have to act like I'm going to toss the phone straight up in the air to get it to count a rep.

  70. Paul Vidal-avatar

I've got an HTC M1 Nine, but the counter won't count on pull ups and will count when I take it out of my pocket. But a good concept, at least

  71. Anthony Snook-avatar

Good app, good structure but quite a few bugs in the system.

  72. Dorian Escots-avatar

Detection is very buggy. Most of the pull ups are not taken into account which is bothering because once you start using an app you may not change.

  73. Keith Rew-avatar

Works great and helps you improve at a reasonable pace. Sometimes it misses counting the first pull-up but very accurate otherwise.

  74. Erin Diaz-avatar

Only counts when I take my phone out of my pocket.

  75. Chase Carlson-avatar

Please add a way to override the counter for people who don't carry their phones on them when they workout.

  76. Big Ron BFAM-avatar

Should come up with a Runtastic dips app

  77. A Google user-avatar

Pull-Up counter do not want to work correctly.

  78. Chris D-avatar

Best basics work out apps love that it counts ur push ups with the touch of ur nose

  79. A Google user-avatar

    Not count

  80. Janel Fernandez-avatar

    Janel Fernandez

    The best!!!

  81. AOUN Mika-avatar

Perfect app. You don't pay for nothing at least ! Lovely

  82. Josh Barry-avatar

Can't turn off calendar notification, sticks no matter what...

  83. Alexey Dryahlov-avatar

    Alexey Dryahlov

    Doesn't count pullups

  84. Sarah Barbey-avatar

I love everything about this app, but it's not sensing any movement anymore. I usually just do the pull ups and then move my phone separately since it struggles to sense the reps otherwise, but now it's not sensing anything. Once that's fixed, this app - along with all runtastic apps - is seriously awesome

  85. Никита Ковалев-avatar

    Никита Ковалев

Neither free nor paid app works. Stops counting after the first pull-up. Shaking the phone doesn't work either. Wouldn't be that bad if there was a way to enter pull-ups manually by touching the screen. Strange as the other Runtastic apps work fine.

  86. Nir Galon-avatar

But why there isn't Google fit syncing? Also, when can we expect some Material Design? The app didn't update it's UI/UX for a long time, and feel old..

  87. Philip J-avatar

Make the cancel button smaller on all you're apps. ..if I want to quit I will find a way to quit. I don't want to breath on the app and it quits

  88. Paul Newey-avatar

A bit intermittent sensing reps but it'll do for me. The heavier you drop down the more likely it is to register 1. Still like it and still using it.

  89. Super Luka-avatar

All runtastic apps are pretty much cool, but suddenly there is no more notification.... Please fix it asap

  90. Romano Koen-avatar

It works so well. I really enjoy using it. I haven't found any bugs to report. Great app!!

  91. Nathon Webber-avatar

The app used to count the number of pull ups fairly well (HTC M7) just missing the odd one. Now on my HTC M9 the app doesn't count them at all, I have to shake the phone in my hand afterwards for the app to register

  92. Francesco Mezzapelle-avatar

    Francesco Mezzapelle

It doesn't count the reps properly, just one out of 4 at most, weird since the others runtastic apps work just great; worst Runtastic app so far

  93. John Kennedy-avatar

Some reps don't register, but I am able to work around it. Love this family of Runtastic apps.

  94. Soud Muhammad-avatar

This app doesn't give anything more than other apps (except synchronisation). BUG: The training reminder shows a pushups logo in the task bar rather than a pull ups logo.

  95. J Byeon-avatar

    Runtastic's worst app.

  96. Roman Kapusta-avatar

Škoda že aplikácia občas padá a spôsob zisťovania odcvičeného počtu zhybov sa mi tiež nepáči.

  97. Kinterview-avatar

This app doesn't work very well if you put it in your pocket. Hanging it around your neck is your best bet

  98. The IELTS Correction Centre-avatar

    The IELTS Correction Centre

It's good but could contain videos / more varied exercises like the other six pack app from Runtastic.

  99. Aleksej-avatar

Dive stars for Google fit integration sometimes it is not perfect in counting pull ups

  100. Chris C-avatar

No warming-up included and most series start with heaviest set first ! Not realistic.
