The concept has proven to be both entertaining and more stimulating than regular running and runners achieve significant performance improvement and improved health.

The concept is performed the following way:

This application will, different from other 10-20-30 applications, continue to works, also when the device (phone) go in power save mode, equal: the screen is black.

NOTE:
I know the user interface is a bit simple (not flashy), but I try to support as many devices as possibly, even devices with very old version of Android, the positive side of this is it keep the app small and tidy.

I was loving this app, does what it says, very simple to use but the longer I've been using it (maybe 4-5 months) it skips seconds when it transitions. So sometimes it will jump from 20 to 18 and/or start at 9 etc. it's frustrating. if that gets fixed I'd go back to being completely satisfied. I'm just interested in a simple timing app, nothing fancy.

This was a good app: simple and the only one of its kind. Occasionally buggy but not a problem. For five weeks I saw massive gains in my running times. Then my phone upgraded to a newer android and the reinstalled app (reinstalled multiple times) is so buggy/inconsistent it can be dangerous. For example, a programed 10 seconds sprint can suddenly skip or stick and last 5/25 seconds. When you're focused on a final set best-effort push, this kind of error risks injury (I speak from experience).

App is great for it's purpose. One complain, though. My phone (Sony Xperia X) often shows a notification that this app is running in the background, even when I haven't used it in a while! Then I have to force stop the app to make the notification go away.

  4. Melanie Rimmer-avatar

simple but works well for timing intervals. the only issue I have is that the option of using GPS to measure speed doesn't appear in my version - I have no idea why?

  5. Timothy Thach-avatar

It's decent but the order of the times are messed up. It starts with slow time instead of fast time.

App sets volume to max everytime I open it. This kills the ears.

Still the best for intervals including sprints!

I love the app and use it 3x week on my Nexus 5x. Yes, the voice is clipped, but that doesn't matter. It works. Very user-friendly interface. I haven't found anything else like it. Hats off to the developer. Quick question: is this app adjusted occasionally for android updates? Whenever I get a new version of my OS (now Oreo), I cross my fingers, hoping the new version won't mess up one of the most important apps on my phone. Anyway, thank you, Henrik!
