It’s a great initiative no doubt but the payment system should be updated immediately otherwise the users will lose their faith in ring id. Because we have seen that when this kind of sites starts to create problems with paying its users different kinds of problem arises including extravagant and fake news and government take steps Against them and finally they lose everything. So we would request to make the payment system easier and faster.

Cashout system should be improved. It's must needed, Agents are not helpful. When it comes emergency they calls them busy busy busy , later later later... It's too awkward. Please focus on this. Sometimes its feel like as i am a bagger. I bought gold membership, then why i need to beg the agents to cashout ?

New agent system was the worst idea.They r not helpful.Only known person or people who are giving extra money accepting the cashout request.There is no easy way we can complain & if we complain no one replying the message. Another things there is no direct customer care service.So people facing problen can not reach you. Please remove the agent payment system,instead make the system payment faster. We believe in ring id.Plz take care of these things.

Undoubtedly, Ring ID is a good software for Bangladesh. But the main problem here is that the ring ID authority is unable to provide full service to its users. From my experience using my ring ID Suffice it to say, there are hundreds of users out there who are interested in providing unpaid service to Ring ID. Therefore, there will be an urgent appeal to the RingID authorities, Ring ID users can be used outside of a few of their employees. Go ahead to the love ring ID across the Great Wall.

This is worst app i have ever seen. When I want wathing videos, it’s show preparing and preparing. Which is totally disgusting. And last one day, due to their server problem i can't do my work which makes me upset. And today their apps not even show their first interface and it’s loading and it’s totally time killing apps.Actually they have no rights to play with their users. Please remove your app server complexity and let me do my work smoothly.
