The audio is terrible, using your cell phone directly is so much better than using this app. My clients and coworkers can never hear me when I use this app, and I can never hear them. Super embarrassing when a client or one of my bosses calls and the audio is constantly dropping. Fix this RC, it's been a year with horrible audio!

This was a great app although it had its kinks sometimes. But now it's no longer available and sends me directly to RingCentral chat app to use the phone...it has limited options. Not at all like the phone app. Will you guys be bringing it back?

App REFUSES to output and input from Bluetooth headsets. It will connect for half a second and then switches back to the handset. No other app on my phone has issues with Bluetooth.

I have been with Ringcentral for a while. The app has always been great except over the last 2 weeks. Whenever I place a call on the app I can talk for about a minute before callers can't hear me. I have to change from from Bluetooth to speaker or back and forth every 60 seconds for the caller to hear me. It's very frustrating when you are taking a business call. Please fix this issue ASAP!

Hardly works. Rings once and then shows missed call. While support was quick to investigate, they duplicated the issue and responded that this is "normal behavior" for the app! It doesn't seem to be seen as an issue for them. Only work around is to forward calls to my personal phone, but this does not allow me to differentiate between personal and business calls. Fail...

For me, this app is only good for texting. Everytime I make calls or receive calls on my RC number the other party complains of an echo. I can hear them fine but the other end always complains of voice quality and bad echo all the time. Last time the customer service rep advised me to restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall the application, which I think was pretty lame. Though, I did but no result. Moreover, the tech support guys are not able to reach me as per my proposed time they always end up calling late.
