    Useless. I mean get some geek to make an app like this. The worst part is you need to board a bus first Nd only then you can book. A ticket. What if the I want to get down to the next stop from where I boarded the bus ? I am in bus no. 706 and it is showing bus no. 461 and 39. I mean have you guys even tried this app before launching it. At the end I had to pay through Google pay for my tickets and luckily I had to travel 32km. Please correct the errors.

    Why can't we recharge the wallet and keep. Thats easier because in Mumbai few bus stops are near by so by the time we get in, put the card details, book the ticket and show to conductor our stop arrives! And its all in a hurry! Very inconvenient. Especially if you are a new user. Please consider the suggestion to add wallet. So that we can recharge the wallet whenever we want in advance! Also removing the card in the bus to fill the details is not safe! Anyone can steal the card.

    What a waste app some buses app work but some bues may not work what waste also AC bus did not work ridlr app am face so many times and if ridlr app detect the conductor say some problem with ticket machine so it is request to ridlr app some issue solve early as possible

    I am writing this review after using it for about a year on regular basis. It was a handy app earlier but now it has some problems in it. Ridlr automatically deducts money from your linked wallet. It will show that money from your any previous transaction was not successful and then first asks for your permission to deduct the amount and if not accepted will automatically deduct the money. It showed me that some transaction in March 2018 was not successful in January 2019 and deducted my money.

    Hello, I have been using the services of Riidlr for more than 6 months. The app works well for the purpose of booking metro tickets, pass, etc. I would have given 4 stars to the app, but recently I am facing issues to log in to the amazon pay account via the app. The amazon pay account is active and the password I am using to log in is right. Kindly address this concern of mine.

    Ridlr has been superb so far! It saves me the trouble of having to dig for change. Helps plan my route... But my major gripe with the app is that it refuses to work after I upgraded from my OnePlus 3 to the OnePlus 7T. The tokens (for daily tickets) refuse to generate. The app accurately detects the bus I'm in and us pretty swift in doing so.. Hope you guys can figure it out ASAP!

    Trying since August to renew my bus pass online. Getting the error message "Cannot connect to the agency" Written to the concerned department several times, but only got a common reply [COPY PASTE reply] stating that I can go and renew it at the depot for this month and next month, I can renew it online....... It has been almost 4: months now, but nothing has changed 3rd May 2019 It's almost a year that i cannot recharge my bus pass online. May i pl know the exact time period being taken?

    Does not work. The app does not detect when you are in the bus. Hence the mobile pass cannot be validated. I attempted to validate the pass all through my trip, but no success. Please figure a way to properly detect when in a bus, or work out some agreement, where a fixed/permanent QR code can be scanned by bus conductor (similar to how they would be doing for the card version)

    works as expected at gate. But when it come to recharging your value pass this app is a nightmare. I never had a smooth transaction and money once gone take couple of days to get refunded( I suspect maybe its part of the business model). So maybe I will just buy a smart card from mumbai metro itself. Uninstalling for good.

    The app is a good start for showing timetables of Vadodara city bus(v bus) service.But timetable needs a lot of improvement as many buses are added, also timings are modified and added for many routes. Also plan your travel is not working on wifi or always says couldnt find the route. Moreover provide us for bus pass and bus ticket services in vadodara as well, just like mumbai and delhi. It can be made more accurate,more user friendly,and more options are required for vadodara city.

    Cannot use many features of the app 1) cannot apply for a new M-Pass as after clicking 'add photo' multiple times, it doesn't display the photograph so it doesn't proceed 2) Cannot see the schedule of buses as when you select the boarding, it shows 'invalid route'. tried with multiple buses, but still won't work 3) most of the times, the M-Ticket token doesn't load

    Hi Team, This is with regards to the ticking issue in BEST buses. Since the ticking machine's are back in BEST Service I have been trying to book tickets from the ridlr app for quite a few times. Everytime I booked a ticket it's getting booked on app and showing me a token for ticket however when the bus conductor input that on machine it doesn't show him any ticket for that token. Although my money is not getting debited but if you could please look into it and try to resolve the issue.

    Works well most of the time but sometimes it takes too long to sync last ticket booked and also faces technical issues regarding payment. Also takes time to indicate correct bus number sometimes. These problems need to be solved. Otherwise it has been nice so far. Would be even better if it provides it's own wallet recharge service and gives paperless ticket directly rather than giving token and making us recieve from conductor.

    I have been using this app fro quite some time for BEST pass & ticket booking. Its quick and convinient. Only a few times, app could not detect my bus. The 'recent tickets' list should contain more items or an option to star-mark frequently used. Also, if the need to print the ticket could be eliminated, that would be great. Very useful and well designed app, has a lot of potential to develop further to provide BEST smart card recharge, railway ATVM recharge, FASTag recharge, etc.

    The app has improved a lot since its inception.Earlier because of the app's problem with the gps,I could not avail the 20 RIDLR points when I joined.Having said that,now the team has worked on this and I verified my pass successfully each and every time.Good work.     Bought the pass second time as the first time it worked okay. Now while logging in it says that there's some issue and we shall try later despite that error I see that i was signed in. Now while opening the mobile pass section or says that the session has expired and I should check my internet connect though I'm fully connected. And still if I go on to validate the pass for ticket. It gives error and doesn't validate anyway. It's very disappointing, fix it ASAP! Note: Make app A10 compatible.

    This app actually solved the problem of giving "change" to the conductor (When we have to give a 500rs note for 10rs ticket). Recently the token doesn't stay on the screen for more than 10 secs and thus the ticket isn't printed. Please look into this issue asap

    Just a suggestion if I can book tickets via this app for BEST Mumbai then.. Y the conductor gives the hard paper ticket after entering mt token no. It will be less paper wastage if this app only needs e-ticket. Or else it's of no use of this app as ur goin to eventually get paper tickets... Which is same as buyin usual ticket.

    The app is useful, only issue is with the database that is used to show travel plans. for example: AC125 bus from Borivali to Kharghar. As per the app, last bus is between 2 to 3 pm, however, I do see bus at 8, 9, 10, 11 pm. Thus, information in database needs to be verified and updated.

    This app is very usefull for booking bus tickets in bus in BEST. Avoids issues of carrying change. Only suggestion is that like UTS app of railways, where in you dont have to take printout of tickets, make the same for this as well. Go paperless and use the same technique we use for buying ticket.

    This app was good but please update app support to Android 10 Issue as, Not able to connect to bus wifi, token is dropping always.     App is fraud it takes complete acces of your account which you have link and take all your money whenever they want without your permission. They cheat customers by taking 2 times the money, by saying that previously money was not deducted so we have deducted this times& sometimes they take 3 times money of one transaction. Dont use this app its a fraud.

    i had a good experience with this app before, but recently it has really been painful afer buying a bus ticket it takes 15-20 mins showing synchronizing your last ticket. even if you directly close the app and open it again it will take 15-20 mins. please rectify this immediately

    ridlr was good and easy but i found one issue . yesterday i generate trip pass but i can't use that trip i go by bus so i did not use that but today morning when i try to generate trip then ridlr show me yesterday trip and not allow to generate new trip pass so i just try to check it scan or not but trip was scan properly i.e in trip pas below trip clearly mention trip vaild till 28-12-18 midnight so how can it allow to use and scan trip,i through its bug .

    Very useful app for metro ticket booking no need to stand in que. It will be still good if the QR code of the ticket is placed at the centre of the screen. As during scanning if notifications arrive, then the code does not get scanned.

    very disappointed. Tried to register pass for 3 to 4 Mumbai BEST bus routes but every time message shown fare not found for this route.... u have to improve team. Now your app is improved, but after online purchase of monthly pass these Mumbai BEST conductor either dont know how to validate or they dont want to do it. So ultimately you have to visit BEST depot to get the pass validated, hence No Use of doing it online, straight away you walk in to depots and get the pass /renew.

    The app works well but sometime have issues while in bus. Probably they don't know how to operate properly. Also while in dark mode the scanner at metro station had issues while scanning the barcode upon switching to normal mode it workef fine. So looking for it to be fixed from the phone developer or from ridlr developer.

    needs improvement as few bus conductor doesnt know very well about mob bus pass and many times asking for the token no. while it is difficult to find out bs wifi searching but always best wifi asking password but how it is possible to always finding password ang getting token no. so now i will uninstall this app as one conductor of best bus no. 323 said to me for not geting mob pass now in future so its very difficult to argue always for this things even after payment .

    Please remove your app from play store and discontinue it, its a humble request if your on board device gets failed every now and then why to use your app if i need to purchase the bus ticket even though i have a pass as the validation gets failed and the unique code is not generated. Make a pass where only showing pass on app is enough to show validity just like the UTS app that is really a effort taken to make travel easy not like your ridlr metro app. Its a request 🙏 provide a better service

    Dear Ridlr, I have my 45 trip pass and still have around 12 trip left, from pass two days whenever i generate trip from Chakala to Andheri at morning i able to exist but that generated QR code gets stucks and on that same day i won't able to genarate new trip. Need your intervention asap because i travel daily and if this fails then i have to buy new token while standing in queue. In way I'm wasting my trip pass. Need fix or refund of my lost trips.

    Since last 2 weeks i had reported issue that i m not able to book the nmmt mumbai ticket. It asks fir some pending ticket of feb 2017 . Even i am ok with proceed to pay option. It shows error MerchantMappingNotFound . I communicated over mail. But nothing happened. My money is already present. Pls solve this urgently. I am regular user of it since last 2 yrs. But now i hv to pay cash only despite hving app and monery

    I am unable to renew my BEST Pass it showing unable to connect with agency, i have email to your support team still no response from them. The latest version is worst, I haven't faced this issue anytime I am accessing this from past 2 years. Worst Version of the app.

    There is huge security issue in this app. I was trying to make payment for metro ticket using Amazon pay and noticed I can see bank account details of some other commuter.I have taken a screenshots. I will forward this to appropriate authority including reliance metro and Amazon india.

    Everytime i open this app to book metro ticket it required permission to start Bluetooth. If i deny the permissions, for each time i open the app it will again ask for same. This is quite frustrating as a regular user of this app.

    Worst app ever, this happened 3-4 times that i was trying to get metro ticket but amazon pay was just showing processing please wait the amount was deducted from my account but not received after 7-8 days in my ridlr wallet back as they have mentioned. This not happend 1 time this is now 4th time I nither got proper ticket nor my money back in wallet. Please use other app to get ticket 😡

    Rdlr - when i book for mumbai metro after opening QR for scan at entry app keeps on asking switch on location that pop up keeps coming and its frustrating when in long que qr dosen't scan becz of pop up i have to keep cancelling pop up to scan and after app switches on bluetooth which i didnt switch on in first place.     Did a transaction over amazon pay for INR 200 for which I received confirmation from amazon as well as hdfc. However, my pass wasn't updated and there is nowhere to log a query or no sort of grievance addressal. Supremely disappointed.

    Nice app but I have noticed BEST conductors have faulty devices that connects to our device on Wi Fi but to them it gives fail to connect error. spoils our experience a lot. Also have to teach them 90% of time to generate ticket.

    Most of the tym this app doesn't work.. conductor is never able to validate the pass. While booking metro tickets Amazon is the only app though which we can make payment.. there should be other payment options too..

    You know why I like riddler? Because of its simplicity. But still i am not using it. Why there is only one option for payment which is Amazon pay. I don't use Amazon pay.. Why can't you have a simple interface to pay with UPI or paytm or directly with card. I usually travel in Mumbai metro. And I find paytm is very much clutteted and irritating for me. But still I have to use it because there is no other option.

    Forcing people to link their Amazon Pay account. Although i have connected my paytm account it always ask to link the amazon pay account. Can't get through without linking the amazon pay account. I don't even put money in my amazon pay account. Complete waste of time and resources. Thank god that i haven't tried other options/services.

    Shittiest ever Ticketing app! Every day I miss my metro thanks to the Loading time which takes an E.T.E.R.N.I.T.Y! I have a monthly trip pass so stuck with this PayTm is a million times better than this. Never going to use it again!

    It's a mistake I started again using Ridlr. I have noticed many times that fare deducted is more than charged by metro. i recharged yesterday on 28th with 200. my updated balance was 202. after 3 trips of 18 rs, my current balance is 131which shoul be 148. 17 deducted extra. why?

    The amount got debited from my paytm wallet for bus pass renewal but the pass didn't get renewed. The conductor refused to accept the pass as its was not renewed. I tried for refund at customer support but the app got hanged. Please give my refund as soon as possible

    Very bad experience. Could not get buss pass so had to go to Tardeo depot. It is simply waste of time trying on ridlr as the only answer is please wait and I cannot renew my best pass on ridlr so i am disappointed. Have decided to uninstall this app.

    Don't bother with this app if you want accurate train timings. They are nowhere accurate. Have let me down multiple times. You might find some of the other features of the app useful though.

    Very good app for making payments but my advice is please make a direct way in advance for making payments instead of creating link accounts only as options and please add GPS tracker of best bus it will attract more people.

    Dont ever use this fraud app. I took a day pass and this fraud company charged me Rs 90, I couldnt even use that pass and my money was a waste. I checked for refund and there is no refund option for it. Added to it this fraud company will refund you in form of Points if you are eligible for refund. They will take your hard earned money and give you no service and then in form of refund they will give you Ridlr points which again is of no use because you wont be able to use that.

    ITS A SCAM. I made a daily pass purchase and even after 14 days of purchase its still showing as pending. I have not recieved any refund on my card. Also when I go to the support center I cannot see it as a failed trasnaction. Why should i transact through you, to get my money forfeited for no reason. If you have money fallinf out of your pockets try this app.
