Awful! I got this camera in December and everything worked great. I was very happy. Just used it yesterday to do a tour for another property and I could not get the app to work it kept hanging photos did not upload, what should have taken 15 minutes max took me almost an hour and I finally gave up. I saw the app has been updated in January. Absolutely awful. I'm going to try the Theta app and see if that works any better. As a real estate agent I can't have that kind of performance

App USED to work great. I could get a huge suburban house done while linked to my camera in under 30 minutes. Now the app constantly has slow loading and crashes all of the time. *on a Galaxy s9

Once again updated and still the absolute worst. Save yourself constant frustration with this app. Constantly crashes. Takes forever to take a picture. Nothing works right and they want a premium price for their program. As a real estate agent, this is not worth it. You will pull your hair out with this app! AVOID!

Running on Samsung S9 comes up trying to load stored sites then crashes have uninstalled and then reinstalled no change this issue is impacting on our business

The most recent update means this app does not work. It freezes, won't connect, won't upload, crashes... It was fine the last time I used it, around June 20, 2020 and now it is an embarassment to me in front of clients. Whatever was done needs to be undone. I subscribe and can't use this, it literally does not work now and the frustration level is high. I will contact customer support tomorrow but I needed this to work today.

Not a permission issue. Wifi issues Killing the platform, You would think a tech company of this size that relys on the camera connecting to the phone or tablet via wifi would have the best terminology available. Unfortunately, for some reason they have failed. I can connect to zillor and matterport in seconds and the theta apps connecting to the it own camera is a massive failure. Why?

Which other have mentioned it is slower because now the recommendation is to have cellular data on so you must use a phone now, and each picture tends to upload to the Ricoh server, 1- delays 10 sec. extra b4 label it ,then loads Take 5 to 10 min. Upload , good 5 min , allows take next pic b4 it finishes. Now you pics spinning , i left house6 pics not upload & worried , yet had to leave, holding up agent, 45 min shoot 3bedrm,was 15 min b4 .1 room missing,not uploaded and had 2x some pics,

No better, takes photo, ages to save, then to upload. As an estate agent when with a customer trying to sell benefits it's Incredibly embarrassing wouldn't use if I didn't have too. There must be something better out there.

Tours take twice as long now because I have to tell the app to take the picture with the theta camera every photos. What happened to the next button feature? Plus it has become even slower with the update
