Avoid at all costs. Zoomcar is much better even if Zoomcar looks a bit expensive at first. Revv is completely inconsiderate and they will charge you heavily and shamelessly for things that should be just free customer service. Customer care staff is super rude as well.

Car provided was in very bad condition and the support executives lied by telling no other cars were available, when other cars were clearly available on the app for same timing. There was absolutely no support from the company for condition of car even after telling there were issues with gear and clutch. Horrible experience! Would suggest to get a car from alternative sources.

Editing my review - have booked 3 times so far. Twice I had a good experience, but most recently, they called the day before and cancelled a car I had booked almost 3 weeks prior (booking ID 11056598). Was too late to book another car on Zoomcar also and had to cancel the whole trip. Earlier review- Good, clean car delivered and picked up on time, no hassle.

It is the worst app to find self driving car. I booked a car 3 days before the journey and I was informed less than 12 hrs before my trip that the car I booked is unavailable. The customer executives were very rude and did not provide me any info regarding next available vehicles for that day or even next day. The whole process was terrible considering it was was my 1st booking on this app. I have never faced such an issue on other apps. I am never going to use Revv again.

So many review with 1 star will scare you out, however in my case it turned out good. Booked 3 times within 1 week during festive season. The car delivery and pickup was on time, Except one situation. Interior were clean,good performance and pickup. Revv customer support was helpful throughout and got my security within prescribed time. However,got the car once in broken condition and twice fresh. One should always checkout immediately after end trip. To avoid safety of car being compromised.

So, we were in Hyd airport thinking of commuting in Delhi, when we searched for car rental we came across this app, booking, car delivery, pickup, settlement amount, everything seamless. I did not face any issue during this. But, car could have been better, condition was good but seems an old car. Aux cable was not working (which was informed at the time of delivery), due to which we could not get the mobile charged as it was long journey and we continuously using mobile for Google maps.

Worst service and customer care. They always modify the bookings at the last minute without confirming with us and then there is no option but to carry on with it. They even doesn't consider driving preferences and gave a manual version upon booking automatic. Their customer care service calls at 4 in the morning everytime without any sense of propriety. Don't recommend this service to anyone.

We had booked a car on 30th September 2021, which they couldn't provide. Booking ID 11052697. Hence I had requested for refund of my booking amount. It's over 20 days and I have not got refund yet. The customer care no doesn't pick up any calls either. Seems a fraudulent company

One of the most terrible customer service experience. They do not accept digilocker and nowhere in the terms and conditions is it mentioned that it will not be accepted. The car came an hour late, then they cancelled the booking because they did not want to accept digilocker and then they deducted 80% of the booking amount.

Worst rental car app, I didn't even started the ride they charged me full amount. I had to cancel the ride because they need original documents who carries their originals while traveling, I still told them that I can show my originals through digital locker app (Central Govt Certified) they were not accepting that as well in these days of digital india and the customer support was not at all helpful , please don't use this app for renting a car. They're smartly robbing money from people.
