I use this app primarily for tracking my rides. However, in the latest release, it will no longer track location in the background. I contacted support and was told to check permissions. I have, and it's still not working. And support has gone dark, not responding to my reply. I guess it's time to cancel my paid subscription.

Inconsistent Tracking and autopause ruined 5/5 of my last rides. I was using this to keep track of newly discovered routes and although it worked the first few times I used it, it stopped a few months ago and hasn't since. Sometimes it just stopped after a few miles and recently it just draws a straight line (as the crow flies) from point A to the final stopping point. Really kills the accuracy because the milage is way off in the mountains and Ill never get my paid features to work for me.

I have to open and then force close this app as it is constantly locking up. Takes 7 or 8 tries to get it open. The free version was fine but as soon as I pay for a year of pro it quit working. And when it is open, it constantly loses signal and loses my position. Completely worthless.

Honestly not great. If you pay you can see butler roads and other options, which is great, and planning routes is fairly straight forward; however, actual navigation is terrible. Horizontal nav is cluttered and confusing. The verbal commands never turn off. The app will randomly recalculate routes and hang for multiple minutes at a time. If the app closes it won't resume where you left off. Overall, very poor navigation experience. I often plan my routes on the Rever website then export gpx.

Never downloaded such a useless app. Just does not open or not responding. After following many instructions on Web still not working. Definitely not Internet connection or phone. Only app that has issues.

It's great when it works, but it has a frequent habit of locking up, sometimes locking up my entire phone. I've tried the normal debugging steps; clear cache, data and reinstall, same issues.

So frustrating. It gives directions but won't track. Tracks but won't give directions. Or most recently just crashes after loading an empty map. Calimoto is leaps ahead.

I like the concept... unfortunately routes cannot be created because it defaults to unpredictable routes when trying to create multiple waypoints in a given route.

Frustrating and Disappointing I relied on this app to guide us through a preplanned trip. The trip designed as a round trip using different roads to return. Once at the furthest point away, it steered us to return where we came from. Reverse route was turned off. We couldn't find anyway to overcome this. I accidentally stumbled on a feature that showed next turn at top of the screen but without speed, distance and time. I got the speed screen back but found no way back to the navigation screen.

App was good not great until Sep 4th, it stopped accurately tracking my rides altogether. It just shows a straight line and says I took 4 hours to go 1 mile. I have a pro membership through RPM and right now this is just a useless incredible battery drain until it gets figured out. Using on a Samsung Note 10+ if that makes any difference.
