You can also set your aspect ratio between 3:4 and 1:1 and use a multi-panel effect that captures photos on your given interval. A useful option in case you want to turn them into a collage. You couldn’t talk photo apps without mentioning filters. Retrica has a pile of them and you can access them in the bottom-right corner. You can manually pick from the huge selection of 138 filters or tap Shuffle for a random choice. Filters are grouped into themes like “silver”, “cinema”, “chic” with each one containing its on style and look. You can preview the filter by tapping on it, check the viewfinder and use a slider along the bottom to change intensity. The new version of the app is very different and why is there a subscription now? I was happy to get the app back because I loved using it, but now, it really makes me miss the old version where my pictures would actually save. Even if I try using the free filters, the subscription ad keeps coming up and my pictures aren't saving! It only lets one particular filter save my pictures. It's actually kind of frustrating to use now.

Like others here I used to really enjoy this app, but not so sure now. The subscription pop-up after immediately taking a pic is annoying, and won't confirm if a photo is saved or not coz can't see saved icon. I have experienced inconsistencies with saved photos even if they are the free filters.

Retrica was once my favourite cam app ... The new version is not as good as it was before ...my pics aren't getting saved and whenever I try to capture smthin this unlimited camera filters add just pops out which is just so annoying 🙄pls take action and change this!...even the previous version would be enough!🥲. I want the old retrica back.....nothing is working properly....I restarted and reinstalled too!

I got the premium version but the app is very laggy and it shuts down when I take a few pics plus the pics do not get saved Ive been able to only get 1 pic saved Ive been trying to get a pic for about an hour now restarting my phone reinstalling the app nothing seems to work you did take the payment so please I need to get my pics saved or can you please refund me..

Ads factory ... I have to watch a 5 sec video everytime I take a snap. Quite Pathetic. Used to be my favourite, but this update is something else. Am uninstalling. Please someone should recommend an alternative.

I can't even use the app unless I give you location and audio access? Sorry, you overstepped. You don't need those permissions just to take pictures. Immediately uninstalled.
