    We lost the Runtastic ecosystem for this. It's ok. It does the job but at the end of the day a lot of the functionality that made the Runtastic series so good was the steady and independent increase of the various exercises that you did with the app. This just doesn't have that. It instead focuses on longer term total engagement plans that are more well rounded which is great but isn't a good substitute for smaller exercises that the Runtastic apps filled. I want back the old apps + this.

    This app is seriously the best fitness so you're ever going to come across, you can customize your workout to neighbour friendly, which works so well with me being in a large family. The app itself is magnificent, and p the premium choice makes it more like a royalty choice. If you don't have this get it right now.

    I have used this app for 11 months, with 6 of them under the Premium Membership and have never felt more fit. This app is perfect for those who are self motivated and looking to get fit and stay fit (rather than getting ripped like Rock “the Dwayne” Johnson) without equipment. The app provides many exercise plans to improve upon your current fitness level. Every starting point is considered, with some exercise plans assuming couch potato as a starting point and other exercise plans assuming weekend athletes as a starting point. In all cases, the exercises strike a good balance between providing repetition of exercises, for a feeling of mastery, and new exercises, for a feeling of novelty. Every exercise plan that I have tried has included several new exercises, all thoughtfully assembled to create a full body workout. For those who really want to focus, there are workouts that focus on a particular area, such as core, upper body, or just cardio, all with very good variety. All exercises are done with no equipment, relying solely on body weight. The variety of exercises given this self-imposed limitation is surprisingly good, and all with good videos to demonstrate proper form. It’s very encouraging to strengthen muscle group I didn’t even know were so emaciated. No app is perfect, and I hope the developers continue to evolve this app. My own wishes include bringing back a few items that have been recently removed: (1) I’m all on board with realistic images of fitness and the app does a great job of representing people of all shapes and sizes. However, I miss seeing professional fitness models on occasion, which can be motivating. Please bring back a few! (2) The app previously supported Chromecast, but this was recently removed. I miss being able to project onto a larger screen rather than staring at my small phone screen. Bring it back! (3) The variety of exercises and fitness plans is great, everything from a single session of stretching to 12-week full body plans. For me, the value in the app is in the multi-week plans which provide the variety and intensity needed in a self-motivated fitness plan. It’s far easier to select a multi-week plan than to individually decide what exercise routine to pick every single day. I would like to see an assortment of multi-week plans of various intensities to maintain, rather than improve, a certain level of fitness. For myself, I’m not looking to “take it to the next level”, but I want to keep the fitness that this app has helped me to achieve and I suspect many other fellow desk jockeys are looking to do the same. Peloton may have grabbed all the headlines for exercise during COVID lockdown, but Adidas Training may be more realistic for more people.

    good app but not easy for subscribing. trying to purchase this app two times and lost my money. 2950x2. first time play Store instructed me to add money as play balance and did so. but payment declined by adidas and money stuck in play Store and non refundable. now iam tried with credit card and debit amount from card not reflecting anywhere. totally deapponted with play Store and adidas.. none of them caring us.

    Helps very well. But for someone,it is some what difficult to set up their programe for make somethig in an easy way to set up their workout plan.

    Went through 6 weeks to six pack plan. Yes, it did take me longer due to three weeks of Covid and recovering, but... belly didn't even move a notch in size! Plus every swipe of the screen they will shove down your throat "gimme money!" claim even on the free plan. Most hilarious is that the ad say " On paid plan it will be 4 times more effective"... Well, when there's no effect... I still remember from my school that multiplying zero to whatever equals zero. At the beginning I really was going to buy a plan whern I am done with free sample, but after sex weeks of no result with TONNNS of annoying ads, not interested in multiplying it "four times"... it's a waste!

    I love the simple ways this app can teach you to achieve your fitness goals. Can't stop using it. The Voice coach really helps stay motivated during the workout and if you miss your sessions, the reminder and follow up notifications give you that extra push to get back on track. Just cast the app on your television and keep working out while seeing how the workouts are done. You can also review each workout before starting your exercise session to make sure you maintain the correct form. Helps keep a track of the progress you've made in statistics and pictures too. What else can I say, just go for it and keep working out! 20 mins a day is all you commit!!!

    Great app! In the 00's I bought a lot of workout DVDs, in the 10's I followed a lot of fitness YouTubers, and still this app shows me fun and challenging moves that I've never seen before. The plans are nice but my favorite is the workout generator with the neighbor-friendly (quiet) option. I only started this app to maintain my level of fitness, but after 8 weeks I am noticably stronger and can do more push-ups and up-downs than ever. I owe it to the user-friendliness of the app.

    Great app, willing to pay for pro. What I really dislike though, is that if for some reason I have to pause my workout, I can't come back to it. There is no way to recover your progress in a day's workout. And if you try to go back to the point you were, the app is gonna say that that was fast and ask if you really did the workout. That's a deal breaker for me. I don't wanna do the exercise & the app doesn't record it.
