Not user friendly. Earlier it was very difficult to place and track orders, unable to search product with images. And now after the app update it's even more difficult to use. Invite doesn't show, no product codes mentioned on the images, very hard to find the supplier after sharing a particular product. Waste of time. It asked me to create a group and after creating, there's no option to delete the created group. It really sucks.

The app is not working fine. It keeps crashing and on one of other phone, the groups page does not scroll at all and unable to see all groups unless they are on top! There also has to be help page for customers to know how to place orders and other instructions. Once these are resolved the app might be bit more useful.

I did not like the updated version. Product ids are not available to search for products. Order page doesnot ahow product price. Very difficult to work on it. Looks are good but they should definitely change many features.

As a seller, we dont get much support. They Dont tell that we have to share number or not to client. But we share our number and rum some promotion also 100 Coins was deducted still promotion didnt ran. I dont know where is my 100 Coins now. And after someday they messaged us that we dont have to share our number with client else we will ban your account.. no proper Customer representitve unorganized doesnt know how to speak profesnly and yes one more thing chat experience in app is worst...
