    This app has made the impossible possible. The once tiresome, monthly ritual we had all come to loathe, paying the landlord, has become a thing of the past. Thank you, RENTCafe', for bringing us into the 21st century light which shine on apps such as these! So many options, so many documents, so many methods of payment plus amazing extras all stored on my phone for easy access's free? It may make renting the fun, easier choice again. Let's hope.

    It was fairly easy to add my card information until I got to the terms and agreements. It kept asking me if I wanted to discard my changes, when I said no the website froze, but if i clicked yes, all my information was deleted and had to start over. The terms and agreements box had to be checked before proceeding on.

    It is conveinient to be able to pay rent online. The complex was told there would only be a $.95 charge per payment when I made my payment it was $3.95 per payment. That is misleading to put it mildly. Additionally, if you are paying on a smart phone the confimation number is blocked from view due to the set up autopay button. So if your landlord questions your payment for any reason you have no proof of payment. Please consider fixing this and letting your landlords know the correct charge

    This online rent app STINKS!! I was only told today the Office is closed and went must pay online TODAY!! Other Reviews mention a fee of $3.95 or $4.95...outrageous!! But the HUGE PROBLEM with this unfair, added expense App is that you must be sent a "Confirmation Code" to open a new account,,, and the App will Not send you one no matter how many times I try to get a CODE "Resent"!! Mail your rent check ,as I did a week before the 1st, as usual , and make those spoiled rich slumlords get it!!

    Takes forever to log in, times out and errors if you try to utilize fingerprint authorization. Once in app took 5 minutes to load my rent balance due. If my phone locked during that time? Oops, gotta start over and try to log on. Selecting to pay balance keeps perma loading for a few minutes before an error message pops up and tells you to try again later. Thank God it's Sunday so I can spend the last two hours actively reloading, signing in, and trying yet again. 4th month in a row like this.

    The app is very well designed and easy to navigate. It allows you to store multiple payment options on file and divide up your rent payment as preferred and on the day you prefer. Making and submitting maintenance requests are also a breeze with the app. One thing I like quite a lot is how easy the app makes it to find and read your lease for any questions or issues you may have. Overall a great experience for renters to sign documents, make payments, read their lease, and more!

    My complex went to this method of payment vs mailing it in to the Wellington Group which is more convenient. However, there is $4.95 convenience fee each month which I believe is ridiculous. I'd rather mail it in using a check. It should be free to residents. The apartment complex should pay the fee or just let us pay at the leasing off via a drop box. The ledgers are difficult to read and understand. The maintenance request feature is nice and easy to use. We don't have access to documents

    The convince fee of $17 should be waived as the only reason I used this app is due to shelter orders in place due to Covid-19.. I also feel that a convenience fee of $17 it's absolutely ridiculous I have seen convenience fees through Xcel & Comcast just to name a couple that are only no more than $4... this is the one and only time I will be paying my rent on this app due to that absolutely ridiculous convenience fee!

    This app sucks! Every time rent is due on the 1st of every month it takes forever to log in and make the rent payment. As of now it keeps timing out and rent is due. All other apps on my phone work flawlessly. If and when I move to another location the first question will be if they use this app for payment. If so, I will look somewhere else.

    Seems to work well enough, but it was a little different. The user experience is really dark, and there is no cursor when you need to type something. The initial sign in process was confusing. It was unclear whether I needed to register, or if I already had an account. Again, it all worked fine.

    It constantly loses my autopay settings, loses my fingerprint sign in settings, forgets my password when I go that route instead, and I can NEVER put in a work order because "an error occurred" ALWAYS occurs. I have had a broken fridge handle and a broken dryer for a year because of this. The office tells me they can't do anything until I put in a maintenance request on the site. Can I get a year's free rent because of this app? Please?

    I really feel like this is how all apartments should be run. No more check drop offs and wondering for days if it was well received. Really makes me feel at ease knowing what charges I have and what has been paid as well as a way to request maintenance.

    Very streamline and effective way to contact the office for work orders and make rent payments. My one annoyance is autopay come with a convenience fee instead of manual paying through the app, however I am not sure if that is due to the app or by company choice.

    Its probably not the apps fault, but I have been trying to set up my account for almost a year and when i enter all my information it says it doesnt match what they have on file. I have lived here for almost 7 years and none of my info has changed in that time plus my apartment manager lady in the office knows me by name so i doubt that they have my information wrong. My apartment manager gave me a tenant id to use to register but it doesnt ask for that anywhere. I could go on but no mo space..

    Had to change paying my rent via credit card to back account after they raised the fee from below $5.00 to almost $40.00! I apparently made mistake of providing wrong routing #. After being notified, days later & fee, I was locked out of App & had to pay via certified check. I was assured I would be able to pay rent via app next month as normal. After updating my info of course, I am still locked out of my account & have no way to pay my rent on time. I AM NOT happy.

    The website is totally unusable. I was unable to pay my rent. Thankfully i thought of trying the app instead. I was able to pay my rent online finally. Hopefully! I got a confirmation # so hoping it really goes through.

    It doesn't let you find your complex unless you put in the exact address copy and pasted, that was annoying, It doesn't let me register, and when I tried to get a message through to my email it would just stop

    The app has been fairly easy to navigate so far but the black background and colors of the app are not inviting at all, they are actually pretty gloomy and make it difficult to see or read anything on the app.

    this app for some time was difficult to use for talkback users. however they have fixed those issues and now the app can be used successfully. for everyone including talkback users like myself and others. its important for this to be this way for people use this to pay there rent etc. not just those that can see. thanks verry much for fixing these issues.

    Quick and easy with 3 simple steps! I enjoy the option to pay rent via an app. It helps when your schedule conflicts with office hours. Although that fee feels a little heavy compared to other 3rd party pay companies.

    It allowed me to enter my checking account info, then informed me leasing company is not allowing payment by checking account. Therefore, it wasted my time, and felt quite irritating. Block the pay by checking account option!!!!!

    It's very handy when it's 11 degrees outside, and the wind is blowing, and some people with walkers can't get to the store to get money orders. And apparently it's going to snow for the next 4 days. So, for instances like this, it's very handy. Although, being told that it would only cost $0.95, and it costs $2.95 is a little irritating. But it does work. Thank you

    Entering the instructions for the problem is somewhat different because it the app will not let me use the prediction tool for my phone's browser and forces me to enter the space bar after each word. This is not a big problem, but it is a nuisance.

    This app implements the oft-seen "Do you like our app?" scheme to generate an artificially high rating on the app store. By responding to such tactics with negative reviews, I hope to discourage these practices. The app itself is easy to use and has worked consistently - fingerprint login is an especially nice touch. Props to the dev team for doing a stellar job! I am genuinely sorry that I am forced to give a 1 star review for deceptive practices implemented by an otherwise excellent app.

    The app did not work earlier today it keep spinning and spinning. When that happens its using a lot of data. Had to uninstall and reinstall still didn't work until the next day. The app has a latency issue takes to much time to pull data.

    Super convenient way to pay rent! I love that I can log into my account, select the pre-populated amount due, confirm the details, & VOILA! Rent is paid! Safe, secure, & easy to navigate 🤓

    Needs improvement. I logged in fine yesterday. Today rent is due and it keeps crashing. Will not let me pay. I can't even log in on the residential portal via their website. I used to pay there no issue no this app crashes when you need it.

    Horrible app! Runs slow on all my different devices. Takes more then 5 mins to load between pages. Fails to take my card info every time and will not allow me to pay my rent. I'm forced to use other means to pay me rent. Very frustrated!

    There is no one time that I can use this App without experiencing login issues, delays, timeouts and even crashes. No matter the OS. Please, it's already frustrating one has to go through these pains to "give" our money away.

    This app is complete trash. My account was successfully set up then I try to log in and it keeps locking my account. Says the account is not properly verified. I went through everything correctly.😡

    Will not allow me to update my rent payment method to my bank account. Now I have to pay with debit card and get charged $26 every payment for a service fee. I wouldn't have that fee if I could confirm my bank info on here.

    Good app. Seemless and easy. Would be great to see the itemized rent bill and not just the total. For instance, what were my charged utilities, were there any assessed late fees or other charges, etc. Historical payments would also be good.

    I enjoy paying via the portal. My only complaint is it will not take my debit card, only banking account. I have tried to add it several times, but it always times out.

    The application is great , the only big was fixed when a temp knowledgeable corrected the bad info to enter THE RENT CAFE. IT JUST WOULD NOT ENGAGE. The only person running the show dropped the ball again.***

    Straight forward and easy to use. Allows me to log in with little fuss and pay for my rent and submit maintenance requests. Wish I could do split payments but I think that's a mark on my rental property and not the app.

    RentCafe Resident app makes submitting my rent on time more manageable for me. My schedule does not always allow to get into the management office on time. I also like the ease of submitting maintenance request. One help I wish my management office location wouldlook into is using the app to notify residents of package deliveries held by the office for security.

    Love this app. It makes my life alot easier when I pay online. Easy to use . You can also submit a maintenance request as well. Easier than calling and trying to describe to the front desk what the issue is. I can add a picture to the maintenance request.

    Very user friendly. Bill's can be paid on the app, documents can be signed, maintenance requests and statuses can be seen, and theres an easy to use community forum. The app allows you access to your apartment needs from the comfort of your apartment.

    Works fine to pay. However I travel a lot and I get deposits into 2 different banks. Not being able to pay partial is really inconvenient, because I can't combine the money while I'm gone. I also would really love to be able to pay in advance when I have the money. That is not an option either.

    Does not work. Everytime I try to log into my Acct., It locks me out for 30 minutes. I am positive in the info I am logging in with.

    The app is very straightforward and easy to navigate. It makes everything available all in one place, ie, paying rent, requesting maintenance, recieving notices from management.

    Changing debit card to be used can sometimes be a little complicated but I finally figured it out now how to figure out how to remove old cards from the app.

    Worked well the first time I paid rent. Now this months is due.. todaayyy.... the app won't take my payment. This needs to get fixed.. its literraly the whole purpose of this app...and it dosent work.

    Not user friendly enough, even when you can pay your bill through the app you'll be locked out and charged a fee once a payment is denied. Why lock people out from paying online and still charge them a fee? That's stupid and unfair.

    Its a great app very simple but the email password recovery isnt working I had to contact the company to do a reset. Thats very inconvenient. The whole point to these apps is convenince.

    Extremely easy to pay rent. No longer have to go to a different site and re-enter all info. Much better! And maintenance issues are entered easily and with accurate descriptors.

    It was a hassle getting started and linked with my property but after I love it I can make a maintenance request and pay my Bill's in minutes and the fees are not horrible as far as paying my bills.... Over all a decent experience.

    I have tried over and over to use this app and still no success. I have complained before but it doesn't matter now I have to leave my home to pay the rent before tomorrow smh I hate using apps for important things like this especially if they don't work.

    Would only request that line item charges be listed to keep track of everything. Might be there as it's my first time using this and had to request rent to be manually added.

    Finally! Rent is easy to pay. I remember the days of yore when i would take a trip to the store and get a money order and then walk to my leasing office. Today i just sat on my couch drinking some coffee and finished the extended version of return of the king. When it was over, unsatisfying as the ending is, i was very satisfied with this app. Thank you for this.

    Easy to pay on, Maintenance requests usually keep updated depending on your landlord. Overall I have had no issues with the app.

    Not happy with this app. I was told there was not going to be a service fee yet it charged me $3.95 for one!!!! It's a ripoff!!!
