Too buggy, game glitches all the time. Devs are useless and never fix anything, they just break it more. They change stuff that doesn't need changing. The VIP is too slow a grind, 200 points a day when it should go up the more days you log on consecutively. I'm amazed they still have players like me, who still spend money on this pos game just for minimal returns!! I am sick of it!! Top games are not top at all, they are at the very bottom of my list of game devs!! Rant over don't bother 🙄

ALLIANCE OF GLITCHES. I like the game, like the dynamics and the complex game play, but devs can't be bothered to fix the major glitches. Stay away from world chat, major toxicity. A lot of cheats with multiple accounts to build flags and alliance centers. Devs can't do anything about it. When you send a ticket to customer support, they'll reply with usual canned response, and don't really attend to improve. Some nerfing on hero skills especially on an expensive hero purchase ($$$)

Glitchy and laggy. Devs respond with typical nothing is wrong response. Was in middle of playing battle field. Server stopped responding. Tried rebooting. Now can't even start game. BF is over now and still can't restart. Unable to connect to server.

We should be able to fight any landlord, not just what our alliance picks. Some of us don't always have the rss to teleport. The monsters should be only bookmarked under the area we all in the alliance can get too. Some don't have real money to spend on gems ands rss.

After being a long-time player and supporter, it appears that players' opportunities for advancement are not equally administered across the multiple servers that are supported. Features offered on certain servers are not made available on all servers. Also, it appears that new players are not evenly distributed amongst servers.

Game keeps stalling and puzzles are stalling. Please fix I really like playing it. We don't get enough extra resources other games like this I collect resorces daily where as this game gives you little to no resources at all. It makes it harder to upgrade and makes the game less entertaining especially getting stuck for weeks in the same spot.

There is no customer service or help. The translator on the game puts in curse words & often translates to the opposite of what's being said. It seems as if it likes to divide nations & cause fights rather than bringing people from around the world together to have fun competition.
