I recently paid for this app after using the free version for years, and a good amount of the time it bugs out on me. It randomly starts showing everything as a private subreddit and it will not let me view any posts. If I log out of my account I can actually see posts. The free version of this app does not have that issue, so I'm going back to using it. I'm using a Google pixel 2 if that helps anyone.

Love the app and have been using it for years. But on galaxy note 20 ultra the latest version has a MAJOR bug. It doesn't let you log on, but when you do it doesn't load any of the subreddits. It shows every subreddit as private and doesn't let you comment. You have to be logged out to view any of the subreddits, essentially banning any participation. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Recently have been having an issue with loading images and videos. Don't know what's wrong. I have been using this reddit app exclusively for years. I used to use Alien Blue for iOS a long time ago, and thought nothing would ever be as good as that but got used to RiF after a week. Bought the premium version since I basically use this app 24/7. Give it a chance and see if it's for you!

I don't know what changed recently, but images and video take forever to load and sometimes never do. I've tried resetting the app and resetting the phone but nothing works. I have to open in browser 95% of the stuff.

"the credentials you supplied are no longer valid" I'm stuck in a loop of being logged out and shown this message. I can log back in, but the next time I open the app, I'm kicked out again. PLEASE FIX!!!

  6. Jake Woodward-avatar

Non stop issues with slow loading and errors. This doesn't happen in the normal RIF app but does in the paid one. I have Android System Web View and Chrome fully updated so it's not that. Hope it can be fixed soon.

RiF is exactly what I wanted for Reddit. It shows only what I want to see (post content and comments) without all the fluff like profile pictures or extra awards. A very clean experience that loads quickly. Plus it plays v reddit videos better than Reddit's own website, which is neat.

Been using this app as my main way of accessing reddit for the past decade. I purchased this version recently to support the dev as I've never had a single issue with it.

Stopped functioning on my S10e. Can't recommend an app that doesn't work. Was 4 stars back when it actually worked.

  10. Austin-avatar

Needs a couple feature updates, like instant notification instead of delayed 15 minutes, but it is still miles better than the official Reddit app.
