For starters, the app updates me on the rewards I have before the expiration date so I know when to use them by. Then after paying the bill, I have the chance to earn points on any previous meal which also includes the current bill. Red Lobster definitely seems to have everything together since its been years before returning there, as I should have arrived back sooner.

When updated app and opened it I was asked to log in. When I did it gave me the message "Invalid State". Not sure what that meant. Pressed login again I was sent to the page to change my password. Did this twice, still can't login. What am I doing wrong? I already have a bunch of rewards points. Updated to a new phone. App works great now. 👍

Many have tried, and keep trying, to give Red lobster competition, but they don't come close, and none does it better! I have dined at five ⭐ seafood restaurants, and have been sadly disappointed. Nowadays, quality is sacrificed for speed and profit. Not to mention the horrible crimes that are committed to obtain seafood. Not enough people believe in the sustainability of the marine ecosystem, or any natural ecosystem, for that matter. You guys do; and AT THE HIGHEST STANDARDS👍 THANKS!

Good app, would recommend. Only giving it 3 stars because I get the same reward everytime. Mussels, Shrimp Cocktail, and Cheesecake. Not much variety. Its been the same 5 times now. Hoping I will oneday get different options.

Very enjoyable, refreshing, and delightful experience with her. I feel her talents, drive, personality and keen customer communication skills are be wasted. This company and upper management, should take this Diamond in the rough, polish her up and place her in the training Division of this company.
