About the app: it's very slow, before the first ride it doesn't say that you need to scan the passport, so then you have to do it on the street. The app was so slow i could barely use it, to take the scooter or to leave it. About the ride: in Napoli there is basically no way to use it. The red zones are everywhere so you have to take big streets full of cars and people. You have to take of the scooter all the time. I managed to do 4.5km and paid 8.50€! Charging by time makes no sense

It sucks. They fail to inform you that you will need ID and drivers license verification before your ride. Plus, to make it worse, they allow you to sign up and reserve a scooter, but then when you go to unlock it they choose THAT moment to request your ID/license. They don't even warn you before you buy credits or a plan, so then you lose money and all they will say is that plans are non-refundable. Seriously, just use another service.

Bad. Didn't work. Not able to park properly with two rides. Customer service received didn't amend the issue. Edit: after advising of the situation, a full refund was provided, amended review from 1 star to 2 star

The service is very well thought of and works great. That said, it is expensive and inconsistent, me and my girlfriend have the same app and we get different prices and different plans. It makes no sense and it feels scammy.

Scam, when you try to finish the ride, the photo doesn't upload, and there is no problem with my phone. The third time, customer service was incorrect and I got very upset. I will never use it again.

Has potential to be excellent. We used it over a period of a week and when it works well it's brilliant but when it doesn't work its frustrating. The app itself is very easy to use and affordable. The only issue is sometimes it is difficult to find a scooter, especially two together and they sometimes do not work when you try to unlock them. Out of about 10 rides this happened 3/4 times but usually with another scooter close and a refund from the app. Would recommend. Xoxo

EDIT: I can't find the terms and conditions in English, only Spanish. As the app has English and so does the registration form, please have these in English as well so people know what they are agreeing to. Pretty cool way to get around Zaragoza tourist spots. There are plenty of bike lanes and 30km\h streets to ride on. A little expensive.
