As so many people have already stated, there really needs to be a "remember me" function utilized for the login page so you don't have to input your name & password every single time you open the app. Not just the app either, but the website itself needs to work on that as well. Beyond that, the app overall crawls at a snails pace, & it doesn't update your latest play data for nothing.

-As written by a PS3 user circa 2018- Yeah, I guess It's aiiiiight... It's a free REsource (companion app) that would only be of any benefit to currently active RE players. PROS: Online rankings, online events, RE news, you can connect with your RE friends/rivals, discuss RE related stuff on the boards, track players' records, a reward/points system for gamers who are playing RE on the latest platforms (PS4, Xbox One, Steam, etc.), and this app can still connect with the ol' PS3 in 2018 (not sure about Xbox 360 though)! Yes, this app also caters for RE HD Remake players as well, those who want info, help or compare their stats and world rankings too! CONS: This app tends to run slowly as I did have a few problems with the general navigation of the interface and while I was trying to update my profile. This app is a bit 'user-unfriendly' on older android tablets (I can't zoom in and out on the page for instance.) Perhaps some more customization features would be nice, and yes this app would be a lot better if it covered more if not all RE games.

Oh Capcom. Please make a resident evil game for Android. You did it when Mobile use java. Now all the cool feature like Vulcan and powerful SOC making a good looking resident evil would be great. And with controller support!

It's a good app but not great. It needs to be updated. Last update was 5 years ago. It would be great if they would do a 2020 update and work on making this app run perfectly smooth and faster with new features to make it easier to use without the glitches and slow loading.

For some reason it keeps saying that my password is wrong but it's the same password ive been using for years. So when i requiested for a new password, i never recieved an email. So i made a new account and when i got the confirmation link and was asked to enter my password it said password wrong? No i did not forget password. Can you please have this issue fixed? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

All the info is there, but the app runs poorly. It looks like it just mirrors the much better running mobile website. Website and app look pretty much the same, so you aren't missing out no matter which option you decide on.

It works well and is a useful app, just when I start it from my home it crashes alot, while starting it from Googke Play fixes it

app desperately needs a update, the slow down is so real its ridiculous, it still looks the same down to the icon for the app thats been the same since day one. Dont wanna feel like i need to hop on my pc just to check a website out especially when im playing on console.
