Good app that could be great. I've invested a lot of time learning this app because I'm a regular Ralph's shopper. This will definitely help you save money but plan on this being a time suck. If you click on a digital coupon for more info you will lose your place and be taken to the beginning of the list. I've also found some items aren't available in my store that were in the app. Scanner function doesn't always work. Would love to see the possibility of a "rain check" feature!

Great delivery experience. Most items are available for purchase and delivery. The Instacart shoppers/drivers are friendly. They text when an item is unavailable, so I can give an alternate item. I've had several shoppers who took photos of what was on the shelves so I could see what was available and see the selection. Overall, it had been a great experience. I highly recommend this app and delivery service.

Very friendly cashiers. Store is kept very clean. Stock clerks will stop what they are doing and answer questions and show you what isle a product is on. Haven't shop there lately cause changing circumstances. Like.loosing.my.phone with the Ralph's app. My stolen 5G had to be replaced along w/ a frig. From HOME DEPOT.

Don't waste your time with the substitutions and text messages. The inventory in the app never matches what is available in the store. You will wish you just went to the store yourself.

Wish the scanner feature worked. I thought it was my phone but outside the app I can scan barcodes fine. Otherwise the coupons are easily saved.

Trying to use the app while in the store to scan digital coupons doesn't work. Items disappear. Developers need to start over and copy the vons app.

I almost love my Ralph"s App. I'm wondering why if I'm signed in my account, I need to sign I again for my recipes. Is it separate or extra security maybe? Just wondering.

This pickup service has bern and is a lifesaver during this pandemic! I strongly suggest Seniors try it and refrain from entering store, if possible.

Overall not a friendly app to navigate. Also no real savings. Most of their sale prices are regular prices in other stores. Generally it's an east coast chain that's out of touch with California. Ralphs was a great local grocery store. Now it's just a name. Kroger sucked all the good will out of it!
