Used to be Good, but now a days the delivery doesn't happen on time. When contacted customer care, they don't provide proper resolution. Today I got my milk at 9am instead of 7am that is promised by the app. Use Supr Daily instead, that has better on-time delivery in the morning. I don't want to email anyone. The customer care should be responsible enough to handle issues and provide resolutions.

Horrible App Several times after placing an order. You people automatically mark it as delivered the next day even if there was no delivery. The customer then has to manually go to the app and intimate that there was no delivery. Only then do you refund. And here is the most annoying part, you don't refund the delivery charge!! Despite making no delivery. This has happened on multiple occasions. Lack of reliability alongwith this cringe-worthy conduct has led me to reconsider any future orders.

I have not used this app much. So can't comment on the quality of deliveries. However, I have been an inactive user for a long time and my wallet had some cashback money. For that i get repeated calls to make it active. When asked what is the real problem, the executive told me that they want numbers to show to their manager! For this sole purpose, i have been bugged at least 10 times. Finally, i am ordering something that i really don't want and deleting this app!!

The BBDaily App often works sluggishly even thru Wi-Fi on high speed wired broadband. The UI can be improved by decluttering the home page to sections of products people order. The App is manageable, but the most annoying part of availing BBDaily services is that their delivery person never puts the ordered items in the bag hung on the door, but leaves everything on the floor. Also, the DP carelessly mixes up orders, as I've at times found my order lying on the door of my neighbour (not visible when I open my door, but look carefully all around ! While the App is ok, their service levels are very bad. CC doesn't bother resolving recurring issues like the one I've mentioned for months now.

Many bugs in the app. 1. Unable to attach a pic while talking with customer care. Every time get an error message. 2. Products are there but not present in the categories mentioned. Eg there's no 'namkeen' section yet if you search for namkeen, you'll find it. Other eg Kissan Jam 200g is not listed in jam category but if you exclusively search for jam, you'll find it.

I don't have any issues with the app but the service is terrible. I bought a bbdaily box for daily milk deliveries but the delivery executive never locks the box. Someone steals my milk packets or sometimes cats drink and spill the milk. I have complained dozens of times and they feel sorry every time with no resolution. It must be so hard to lock the damn box!

This app has so many issues. You cannot upload images when chatting with customer care to report the bad quality items they sent . Then they ask us to send a mail to them - for that also they never respond to those mails . How the hell we suppose to show the proof. Fix the app , a normal photo upload is not working . It has limit on the size of photo, normally now a days single photo will have minimum of 5mb size.

Worst app. It looked like that app is very professional but is not at all. Even for the products which are subscribed are undelivered at times. If such mistakes are done once in a while it is understandable, but keeps on repeating. Late deliveries and no delivery have become a part of their daily schedule. Their commitments are completely false. Even after so many complaints in customer care, they always say we assure you, this will not happen again and is repeated again. Highly dissatisfied.

Terrible experience when it comes to refund. They are very good while refilling the wallet. However they won't refund the amount even when they are not serviceable. They are constantly saying 48 hours for my refund from past 2+ months. Finally I spoke to lawyer today to file complaint in consumer court. I am ready to pay any amount now to sue them.

I am regular customer of big basket and bb daily and use a lot of organic items. Everything is great but whenever l order organic onion, potato or tomato, I receive them without organic tags. The delivery guys say that colour of the net is different for organic vegetables but how can anybody trust just from colour of nets. All other organic vegetables and fruits are well tagged then why not onion, potato & tomato. I am constantly complaining about this from past 1 and a half year.
