Why do i need this app? Biggest flaw is needing the app to connect to bluetooth its a magic trick getting it to work. Xbox controller just works why doesn't this? I swear Razer always makes awesome stuff but with flaws that can kill an experience. The Raiju needs to open this app to work. The kishi doesn't allow for audio passthrough. The Jungle cat doesn't fit most phones and they decided to go with flimsy plastic backs. I swear I need to join the R&D team.

The controller itself is great feels great to hold buttons are all awesome. But this app could be so much more. This app should have the same key mapping feature that the Razer gamepad app does. I feel ripped off. And I don't understand why I can't select this app for pop-up panel in the Samsung gaming app. Would be really nice to change controller profiles with out having to leave a game.

1. Installed, get a message saying the app requires my location to 'find' my controller. Why exactly? Razer doesn't need my GPS data to 'find' anything. My raiju uses bluetooth or a physical connection. 2. Attempt to review terms of service to see if maybe there is a better explanation for why location service is needed by the app.. TOS pops up and a split second later goes to full black screen. Unreadable. 3. Uninstalled.

Terrible key mapping. I understand if games are not consistent with key mapping since games are touch screen based, but you cant exercise your controller effectively when you can map only a few keys. This app almost defeats the purpose of the controller. I know other Razer products are easier to map than this. Why is this so different?

Razer your controller is good but your software sucks... If you can't get your controller to work in a game go download mantis pro game pad instead, it allows you to map a button/stick anywhere to the screen, although I takes a bit of setup. Recommend watching a yt video to figure put how to set it up.. razer fix your stupid software

does everything needed, an automatic profile changer would be awesome, say you launch fortnite and you have fortnite controls setup, then you switch to a racing game like asphalt and it automatically switches to the asphalt profile you setup. and when not in a game it goes to the default profile. that would get five stars

everytime I try to connect it via Bluetooth to the app the app crashes on my Galaxy note 9 so I can only plug it in with USB that it came with but then I can't charge my phone and playing fortnite is already battery drain adding a freaking paddle stealing from your battery and it gives you like maybe 20 minutes or freaking gameplay please fix the app that's ridiculous that $140 paddle won't connect to its app

I love the controller. It works great. This app, not so much. Having to connect to both an app and Bluetooth is a huge bothersome process that doesn't always work.

Bluetooth won't switch between 1 and 2. Can't connect to the controller, despite it showing as a connectable BT device. I mean come on. Why do you thing as a mega tech company that launching an app that's as useful as a chocolate fire guard it acceptable. At least have some tests carried out before you launch a pointless app the just damages you reputation. Get a tech guy on this issue and rectify it Razer. SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS APP BEING ASSOCIATED WITH THE BRAND
