Unfortunately since one month the app has begun to vibrate the phone constantly on my galaxy s10 when the app is open. The app works normally. Stock Samsung S10. Have tried rebooting and installation and reinstalled but doesn't fix. Phone is otherwise working normally with all other apps. TWINT is fantastic otherwise

The app has become completely unusable on my mobile phone. At first, everything was working smoothly and I was happy with the features. After a few days, however, the app began to freeze on the home screen. Following multiple reinstalls, it continued to freeze, this time on the very first page, not even allowing me to press the "Start" button. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

I think the concept is great because it is quick and easy; however the app has faults. The finger print activation often doesn't work and I have to reactivate it monthly. The app also blocks me out for no apparent reason and when I try to unblock the app, it only gives me instructions in German when I have set my settings to English. This is very frustrating because I cannot understand how to fix the problem. The message goes away too quick. When I call the help line, they are very helpful.

Although there is only 2 buttons ("Ok" and "Forgotten Pin") in the welcome screen, the app designer puts them so close that you can accidently block your account very easily. Very smart design!! Then you cannot unblock your account, because the hotline is always out of service or too busy!!!!! and tehre is no other way to recover your account. Dont expect the Swiss quality here! Use another bank.

great app with great features and super easy way to pay. unfortunately you cannot have twint on 2 different devices e.g. husband and wife with a joint account 🤔

Often useful, but in last 10 days for three times I blocked the queue at Coop, because non stoppable "software updates" inside the app. And it takes so long that I must use a normal card before being lynched by other customers. So: get ready for plan B, TWINT is not yet a full substitute of other payment options.

Unfortunately Twint isn't informing customers enough. An app like Twilight that overlays can block any interactions with Twint which is fine if Twint would notify me. Similarly when there were technical problems preventing people from making payments I had to call the hotline and have somebody on the phone tell me. No notification through the app, no automatic message on the hotline to save us both time.

4 out of 5 stars, works a treat. if Raiffeisen could transform the keyboard in "code"-mode (I don't need a QWERTZUIOPÜ-keyboard-layout if I just have to enter 5 numbers) to "numbers only", I'd give 5 stars.

I'd love to see the ability to lower the daily limit in the app. That we can't increase it on our own makes sense but please allow us to lower it! It would improve security a lot in my opinion!

On my Pixel2 phone running Android 10, I cannot search in my phone book for contacts; it promt me for the permissions and I allow, but I cannot see my contact and I need to write the phone number manually when I want to send money.
