I haven't been able to place an order since Nov. 3, when the version I was using (3.3.2) finally stopped being supported. No version released in the last year works on my Samsung Galaxy S 20+. I have placed FIVE phone calls to the helpline. They admit that the problem is on their end and that they have received many other similar complaints, however they seem to be too lazy and incompetent to fix the problem. There's no point in calling them again. They just don't care.

Giving a low rating on this until they change it so you can add more than 3 QT locations to your favorites list. I drive all over the city and need to be able to add at least 5 QT locations to my favorites list. Why even put a limit on it? Hurry up and get it fixed before I uninstall the app! >:D Thank you!

Useless app is useless. The omly thing you can do without creating a login is look for locations, and that's easily enough done in a browser. I'd much like the ability to look at available kitchen services and menu/prices, mostly to look up the pretzels. I'm not creating yet another account with email username and random password that will be leaked in the next big corporate hack.

So irritating. Payment methods won't work, therefore curbside won't work. This is a relatively new problem, so reverting to the old version would be nice until they can function test the update.

Works well then it doesn't. Offers disappear before expiration. Have not been able to complete order for kitchen successfully. Currently the app is not functioning and says needs update .. click link and it takes me to Google play store with no update options. App seems disabled until this update is somehow completed. Restarted phone and also removed then downloaded app again.. same message with no update option.

Can't even prepare orders anymore. I have a valid card and everytime I try to enter it, the app says its invalid, Google pay can't be used as an alternative. I don't get the point of the app if half the features are useless.

The app is so so. It would be better if there were some sort of rewards points that could be earned like Casey's has. Also when going to place an order on the app, it forces you to start the order all the way over if you go to checkout & then decide you want to go back to menu to add more to the order which is very annoying

Giving only 3 stars. While it's great that you get offers for free items, but there seems to be a glitch in the app. I had an offer for a free fountain drink that expires on Oct 31, and it's no longer available for me to redeem (as of Oct 27). I haven't used it and no one else uses my phone or account. So where did it go, QT?? 😒

The easiest app I've experienced. I love it. One complaint though, y'all need an standard for your kitchen staff to follow. I experienced a difference form one store to another and one shift to another at the same store. And I'm speaking of the difference in serving size. Other than that, keep up the good work.

I love the deals and coupons offered. QuikTrip is my favorite go to place. It's always clean, organized, and staffed with great people. Their hours make them invaluable to me, as I work nights and there often isn't anything else open. Keep up the good work! The app is easy to navigate and has great value.
